Redefining Victory Scholarship
To me, courage and growth are the accurate reflections of my academic journey. I'm going to be the first in my family to attend college. I have striven diligently, pushing against financial hurdles to maintain a high GPA. It's my mindset courage that fuels my pursuit of the major I want to study that combines practicality with creativity and communication. The ability to focus on my studies without the constant preoccupation of financial instability potentially steering me off course. It will prop me to go above and beyond, to courageously chase my aspirations and foster a grown mindset. I believe in being myself, slogans, quotes, expressing myself, motivation, and creativity is what will give me motivation in life and also being unique is important to me. What I’m looking for in my future is staying engaged in community service, staying humble, and listening to my mind when I have confidence in decisions that will bring me ease. I am a person who is reliable, kind, and caring. In conclusion, I would like to express my profound gratitude for considering my application. I am convolutedly committed to my academic endeavors and, if granted this opportunity, I promise to make the most of it by unceasingly dedicating my efforts to academic pursuits and making an impact in the management industry. I believe this scholarship is not just an investment in my education but an engagement in fostering decade-long dreams. I believe I will continue to try my best in college, I will remind myself to not look back at my old habits of skipping studying, and I will use study methods and learn to make them a habit in my college years. I will use the guidance program from the scholarship that I won my last school year to maintain being confident in myself. I will continue to build the skills I need to reflect my actions and correct myself if I think a habit or action is taking away time to focus on putting effort to work in what I commit myself to. I find that I can only find flavor in my actions after I put my mindset to work upon building that flavor and I will receive the flavor as time passes. The more attention I place on distractions, the less flavor I receive to benefit because I lose control of what I am trying to commit to. As I have commented, I want to see a shift in my college years and something that amazes me, but requires preserving rather than placing distractions from receiving the degree I want in college. I want to find my sense along my college journey to seek and make my character apply to where I would want to see myself, which is being grateful and not letting me feel down by having responsibility. To me responsibility comes from defining what I’m grateful for and using kindness, balance, and family in my everyday actions. Having a sense of these comforts a heart that tries to stay careful in every move that can benefit humility. The benefit of humility can thrive in practice unless we practice the things that can make a positive impact on a good correlation. From having good correlations I am reminded that from the time when I was a kid, I was discovering all of these skills and was taking count of anyone I saw who also practiced these motivational lessons. The only thing I could do at that time as a youngster was to listen to adults and thrive in what they wished to see in me humbly. From this, recognition awards and nice inspirational words, I learned to care for these skills and learned the importance of why these should be put into practice constantly.

As I have commented, I want to see a shift in my college years and something that amazes me, but requires preserving rather than placing distractions from receiving the degree I want in college. An important Iesson I can count on is that, whatever path I end up taking comes up to me deciding how much flavor I’m willing to receive, the good flavor by giving more to others in need or less tasteful flavor for being a selfish ignorant person.

Journey 180 Planner Changemaker Scholarship
I think as a teenager in my last year of high school I have gained knowledge of some lessons of discipline and acts that can lead to consequences. I didn’t have a friend group to hang out with until I was in 5th grade. I made my first friend in elementary school when I agreed to give company to a girl who tried to trip me in class. She was expressing signs of anger by saying bad words to the teacher, looking rude at classmates, and even talking back to our 4th grade teacher multiple times. Being her friend helped me get to rationalize with someone who could demonstrate a change from expressing anger to instead choosing to show confidence towards her educational therapist and me as a friend. I realized whenever she talked to me she was a nice person and she even invited me to join sessions with her therapist during lunch time and play board games in a classroom.
If it's anything with being at ease I have always chosen to be at ease ever since elementary school to now a senior in high school. I qualified to graduate early from high school. I will use that time to get back to volunteering at an animal shelter, set goals to buy a car, save money for college, and other expenses to be ready to enter college. I find it easy to manage helping the city community because it helps me ease myself from school work and extracurriculars. The most recent ease I have had in my life was when my junior year of high school just had started. I got news of a pilgrimage that’s going to take place during summer break. I started working the same month I received that news. To me faith should be portrayed before unnecessary wants. If I wouldn’t have gotten the news of the pilgrimage trip then I would have used the money for other expenses.
I believe if more teens can discover the importance of settling money to go towards an event that will dive more into transforming their life then more can be achieved than if they were just to focus on serving themselves. My mom reminded me of this message and at first I didn’t agree, but now I see for myself why. I want to continue to be close to my mom as she helps me with saving tips and is a good role model as an advisor. She has wanted to study to be a counselor or physiologist. Even though my mom didn’t go to college. I am grateful that I will be a first generation student. I am the oldest sibling in my family and also the kindest between them. What I’m looking for in my future is staying engaged in community service, staying humble, and listening to my mind when I have confidence in decisions that will bring me ease.

Hello, I'm a heart-driven girl who is 17 years old. I'm a high school senior who attends Greenville High Academy in Greenville, South Carolina. I have an interest in skincare, arts and crafts, and volunteering. In my sophomore year of high school, I participated in color guard and winter guard.
I have been involved in my community ever since a high school freshman til now a senior at an animal shelter. I like caring for animals they bring warmth to my heart helping assist the animal's needs. My plans after high school are to work for my college savings and a car. Go to college this coming fall for a bachelor's degree in management.
If I could start my charity it would be a Christmas holiday charity that has people dressed as elves to give hot cocoa and breakfast to kids in adoption centers. My mission would be to provide comfort and relief to kids who are facing the holidays alone without family and friends who can visit them. The kind of services that volunteers could perform would be volunteering to dress up as elves and provide socialization to kids in adoption centers. Another service is janitorial services to pick up after the kid's tables where they ate and the cafeteria area. Another service would be food service and that includes helping to cook, set up breakfast meals, and make hot cocoa.
I believe in kindness and that it is important to me. It keeps me in a friendly, well-tracked mindset of everything that I have done in my life, from activities to managing responsibilities. I have learned that I can't forever hold onto my grudges. I believe persistence moves me if I can be focused on something like art. Just being creative keeps my mind entertained and free from negative distractions. To me, knowing that I can try to maintain that keeps me motivated to have sincere actions towards my beloved others. If I can’t focus on anything that I think will inspire me with kindness, then I will distract myself from what is annoying me and take a mental break to relax my nerves. Overall from kindness, everything that is a bug should go away if I end conversations and actions on a kind note. From the time I was a kid, I was discovering all of these skills and was taking count of anyone I saw who also practiced these motivational lessons. The only thing I could do at that time as a youngster was to listen to adults and thrive in what they wished to see in me humbly. Motives that Make Me Careful
"Then I hung my head and I cried You are my sunshine, my only sunshine.
You make me happy when the skies are gray You'll never know dear, how much I love you. Please do not take my sunshine away". This is part of a song lyrics that my dad sang to me when I was in my mom's womb, and it reminds me that I am bright and that I am loved by my parents. In my life, three ideas matter kindness, balance, and family. Having a sense of these comforts a heart that tries to stay careful in every move that can benefit humility. The benefit of humility can thrive in practice unless we practice the things that can make a positive impact on a good correlation.

I believe in balance and that it is important to me because it provides the tools I need to keep my life stable and maintain the things my body needs. That includes diet, religion, hobbies, exercise, health, and school. The items listed are things I need in my life and have to keep trying to maintain them. Keeping a balance of all these will not make me worry about what could go the wrong way. I plan to keep having balance in my life and what helps to maintain that is keeping track of events that I have to go to, drinking water daily, doing chores, arriving at school on time, and maintaining good grades. However, balance is unsteady because time is not in anyone’s hands. I notice day by day that if I can't find something is working out. I should put my mindset on a new goal, so I can contribute to being close to finding myself in a staple place mentally.

This scholarship will make an impact on my career goals by persuading me to not give up on what I am most passionate about which is kindness, balance, and family. Though my career goals might interfere with focusing on the three ideas, I should always not let the anger and frustration that come with having career goals overcome the three ideas.

When my mindset is calm I decide to change goals. I can guarantee that I have been through not the best changes that I would describe as cheerful. I like to put an individual goal in focus over the vast opportunities that are available. A year ago, I thought I had chosen the right guidance to help me choose the right plans that are more important to follow especially because I follow religion-based teachings. I learned the importance of settling money down to participate in a pilgrimage that will dive into transforming my life. When my junior year of high school had started. I got news of a pilgrimage that is going to take place during my summer break. I started working the same month I received that news. I believe that my choosing to work to save some money for that trip helped me to choose the right type of guidance that is important to follow which is my religion.
To me, faith is more important as a guide for me than unnecessary wants. If I hadn't gotten the news of the pilgrimage trip then I would have saved up money for other expenses. I need to show my church group that as a teenager with a job I delivered the funds to go on this trip. I believe if more teens can discover the importance of settling money to go towards an event that will dive more into transforming their life. I can say something that I have been experiencing is feeling stressed about being a high school senior. I have had anxiety about what the future holds. I don't want to make it a priority to overlook the future especially because I don't fully know what I want to major in. I want to first feel led by the services and opportunities that my school offers and take the tasks lightly. I feel if I dedicate myself a lot to one task I lose track of other priorities I have. I signed up to try my first club in high school which is the National Honor Society. Hopefully, when it begins I feel like the tasks involved can be improved over time rather than pressured about showing outstanding actions at first. As a girl, I have gained knowledge of some lessons of discipline and acts that can lead to consequences. As a kid I didn’t have a friend group, but as stepped out to help a girl who tried to trip me. Personally, I think it’s still important to have free time and have some fun achievements. I was always pushed on responsibility by my mom for as long as I can remember. I used to feel like I was just being picked on by my mom but now I see that I should feel grateful. Many mothers don’t take part in being strict in order to make their kids learn a lesson on responsibility. I am grateful that I will be a first-generation student. I am the oldest sibling in my family and think it will make me feel fulfilled learning that I got to experience what I did in my faith.

In my own eyes, I find myself helping to make some time going on vacations mostly to Mexico every summer to see my close family members. Then that shows all that matters is the process of growing my faith and values of my religious teachings.
I need to recognize that while as a teen in a church group. I graciously got a job delivered to me specifically to save up for the funds to go on my first international pilgrimage. I believe I still have a lot left to discover especially as I reach adulthood. I feel settled for this achievement of mine because I got to go in-depth with my faith. I learned the importance of settling money down. In order to participate in an event that will dive more into transforming my life. I think choosing to work in order to save some money for that trip helped me to choose the right type of guidance that is important to follow which is my religion.

Many mothers don’t take part in being strict in order to make their kids learn a lesson on responsibility. I am grateful that I will be a first-generation student. I am the oldest sibling in my family and think it will make me feel fulfilled learning that I got to experience what I did in my faith.

If it is anything with being at ease I have always chosen to be at ease. I noticed that I have qualified to graduate early from high school. I will use that time to get back to volunteering at an animal shelter, set goals to buy a car, save money for college, and be ready to enter college. I find it easy to manage helping the city community because it helps me ease myself from schoolwork. When my junior year of high school just had started. I got news of a pilgrimage that is going to take place during my summer break. I started working the same month I received that news.
To me faith should be portrayed before unnecessary wants. If I wouldn’t have gotten the news of the pilgrimage trip then I would have used the money for other expenses.
I need to show my church group that I as a teenager with a job delivered the funds to go on this trip. I believe if more teens can discover the importance of settling money to go towards an event that will dive more into transforming their life then more can be achieved than if you were just to focus on serving yourself. In the future, I see me that more can be achieved in terms of goals and manifestations with the help of a team of people than if you were just to focus on serving yourself. Leadership is represented in my everyday life by working to chase after my future. I think I felt pressure to choose between saving up for college or going on a Christian pilgrimage trip. Overall, my leadership skills arose from my mother who encouraged me to go along with saving up for the pilgrimage as that is what she thought was best for my well-being. I would have to save up to go on the trip monthly and not set aside money for college. I think this type of leadership standard helps me guide myself into the right plans that are more important to follow. I am strict on religion-based teachings and I have always thought faith should be portrayed before unnecessary wants. If I hadn’t gotten the news of the pilgrimage trip then I wouldn’t be motivated to go on future pilgrimages because I wouldn't get the feel of it and the positive leadership techniques it can lead me to do.
In my own eyes, I find myself helping to make some time by going on vacations mostly to Mexico every summer to see my close family members. I think I can continue to be close to my mom as she helps me with saving tips and is a good role model as an advisor. She has wanted to study to be a counselor or physiologist. Even though my mom didn’t go to college. I am grateful that I will be a first-generation student. I am the oldest sibling in my family and think it will make me feel fulfilled that I will be the first to graduate from college. I think I will be married around the same age my mom got married at 25. I see that I will be kind and always be looking for a good show to watch.

I think as a teenager entering my last year of high school I have gained knowledge to some lessons of discipline and acts that can lead to consequences. As a kid I didn’t have a friend group, but as stepping out to help a girl who tried to trip me. Determination is what I am all about I have always been determined to follow art and keep a creative mind. There wasn’t an opportunity for me to attend a professional art class due to the cost. Making my own pieces of art would be a pursuit to keep my artsy self occupied. Respect is a big factor that plays in my life and will always be counted on by what I was taught and that is the golden rule. As a kid, I didn’t have a friend group, but I had the heart to step out to help a girl who tried to trip me. Though I was almost about to let the girl slide with her acts of bullying. Her anger helped me to rationalize with people who could teach me how to behave and choose to show confidence towards teachers over living with anger. If it is anything with being at ease I have always chosen to be at ease. I wasn’t going to snitch on the girl, but instead, I let her talk to me. That led to her inviting me to the teacher lounge area to have lunch and play games with teachers. That showed her confidence in not only her teachers but also her classmates. Something special about innovation for me refers to going on a pilgrimage with people who you don’t quite know to a different country. For me this is out of my comfort zone. Then I reminded myself that as a young person, I have the right to enjoy liberty. I got news of a pilgrimage that is going to take place during this year's summer break. I started working the same month I received that news. I think choosing to work in order to save some money for that trip helped me to choose the right type of guidance that is important to follow which is my religion. Versatility means always being ready to settle for not what costs more but what costs less in order to work your way up to what costs for the better. Equality is what moves me to know my community better. When I was in 5th grade I started going to a private school and that would mean I would have to move myself more in terms of studying and staying polite. It all went pretty well, I made new friends, ate good meals some days, and the whole school had awesome teachers. I feel nurtured as I was writing this and hopefully, it will not seem like a command but as if I was given the opportunity to seek to give back all that I received.

I think my biggest achievement up to date is saving around 3 thousand dollars for a international pilgrimage that is two weeks long. This is how I reacted when I got news of me being invited. When I got send to a meeting with the principal I was polite. Thankfully she didn’t suspend me, but gave me a letter to write as a sorry note to the boys. Even though I didn’t seem mad about it. I learned that equality was shown in me when I wrote that note of pardon even if there wasn’t a need for me to feel pardoned. I feel nurture as I was writing this and hopefully it will not seem as a command but as if I was given the opportunity to seek upon helping develop in myself a way to quote these drive discoveries.
