Pursuing a paralegal associate degree while working full-time in an immigration law firm required immense dedication and resilience. One case, in particular, stood out to me—a young asylum seeker facing deportation. Helping compile evidence and coordinate with the attorney to build a strong case for this individual gave me a profound sense of purpose. When we successfully secured their legal status, I realized that my work had made a tangible difference in someone's life.
