Bio

I am a 34 year old biracial woman that is returning to school to make a difference in my community and to provide a better life for my family. When Covid struck in 2020, I realized that there was much more I could do than I allowed myself to do. In 2021, I graduated with my Associate degree in Business Management and have since went on to pursue my BS in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership. I have a passion for Leadership and for helping others gain access to their resources. My end goal is to take what I have learned, go back to Hawaii, and help my people. I come from a long line of strong Hawaiian women and I want to make them proud and do my part to make a difference for my people.

I am a 34 year old female that has made the decision to go back to school and finish my degree. Coming from Hawaii, my resources were limited. With gentrification, my family has been pushed out of our home and forced to leave our beautiful island. I moved to Wisconsin in 2005 with the hopes of doing better, financially. After 15 years of experience in customer service and leadership, I felt it was time to do something more. Covid 19 help me to realize that I have so much wasted potential. That is when I decided to go back to school. In May of 2021, I graduated with high honors and an Associate degree in Business Management. I have since continued on to my Bachelor's in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership and work hard to maintain my high honor status. With this degree, I hope to return home to Hawaii and make a difference for my people. I have a passion for leadership and a passion for making a change. With everything going on in this world, I feel it is time for some sympathy. The world could use it. Being a step mother, that has stepped up, I have given me a different outlook on the world. My goal with my is to raise a productive, sympathetic human being that fights for what is right and contributes to society as best he can. With my degree, i hope to extend those lessons and guidance, to Americans across the country starting with the Hawaiian people. The world has been functioning the same way for decades. The strategies used to "maintain" the human population, are no longer effective or efficient. I am currently and student and am learning so much about how to lead and develop strategies that promote equity and change. With this knowledge, I am planning on a career in low level politics. I want to go where I can make the most change. Between war, a pandemic, and questionable leadership, our communities could use a little guidance and sympathy right about now.
