I am currently a Senior and I am a very empathetic person and I always want to help people. My goal is to study and master the Art Therapy discipline. Sabrina Carpenter Superfan Scholarship
I am a fan of Sabrina Carpenter because of her incredible talent and versatility as a singer and an actress. I've followed her journey from her early days on "Girl Meets World" to her solo music career, and it's inspiring to see how she continually evolves and takes on new challenges.
Her music resonates with me; many of her songs explore themes of self-empowerment, growth, and vulnerability that reflect my own experiences. Whether through her catchy melodies or heartfelt lyrics, she has a way of making listeners feel understood and connected. Furthermore, one specific song that resonates with me is "Skinny Dipping." The lyrics convey a powerful message about embracing one’s true self and letting go of insecurities. Phrases like “I’m finished with my worst self" resonate deeply, reminding me to let go of my fears and fully accept my true self. This has a positive impact by encouraging self-acceptance and reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to be vulnerable. Whenever I need a boost of confidence, I find solace in these lyrics, allowing them to inspire me to pursue my goals with a renewed sense of clarity and strength.
Sabrina's career has taught me the importance of staying true to oneself and pursuing passions with determination. Seeing her navigate the ups and downs of the entertainment industry has encouraged me to embrace my ambitions and not be afraid to express my individuality. Overall, she positively influences me, motivating me to pursue my goals confidently.

The idea of helping people speaks to me. I am an empathetic person by nature. I have also always had an interest in and love for art. Through my artwork, I am able to express my emotions and cheer up others by making them smile. Therefore, my goal is to study the master of the Art Therapy discipline in college. It should be recognized that Art Therapy provides teenagers and adults with guidance to discover their emotions, strengthen symptoms of depression and anxiety, and cope with physical illness or impairment. This therapeutic method is not so much about the artistic quality of the work, but rather about discovering a way to communicate when communication seems impossible. The artwork will be a starting point that will help the patients to reawaken hidden memories and relate stories that can reveal thoughts from the patient’s unconscious mind. Additionally, the virtue of patience as an Art Therapist is a necessary foundation. It is essential to be empathetic and understanding in order to identify with the emotions of the individual I am working with. I am confident that my kind and patient mindset lends itself to being a successful Art Therapist who can meet those who in their lives have endured grief, trauma, and depression, and make their world a better place.
