My biggest goal in life is to create a successful business that can last my family for generations. I want to be able to set my future family up for life. I'm very passionate about giving back, cars, and working to create something special. Everyday, I work to make myself a better person. Whether that is being nice to everyone, helping anyone I can, or simply opening the door for someone. That doesn't mean I'm perfect, I mean, no one is. I just want to be someone who people can trust and rely on. I hope that someday I will be able to be that person, and believe me, I am working very hard for that.

When most people hear that a 17-year-old is managing 7 rental properties, their first reaction is usually: "No way, there's no possible way he does all of that." Well, I am here to tell you, that yes, I do manage 7 rental properties. It's one of the responsibilities that I have picked up over the last 3 years working in a real estate brokerage. From a young age, I've always wanted to do things myself. It hasn't always worked out but anything I can do myself, I will. Whether it be doing my laundry, or figuring out how to register my car, I will do it myself.
When I got the opportunity to start working at a real estate brokerage at the end of my freshman year in 2020, I took it. The number of skills I have learned from this job has helped me so much already, I learned how to manage my finances. Thanks to that, I have been able to be mostly independent of my parents. I pay for my car insurance, I have a retirement plan and account, and I also have my own life insurance which I pay for.
Having been independent of my parents right now, I also want to be independent in college. This scholarship will help me do that. I don't want any financial burden on my parents or myself.
Due to my experience in the real estate sector, I know how much of a burden student loans can be on someone's life. I don't want that for me or my family. With this scholarship, I'll be able to remain independent, as I have been able to be for the last 2 years of my life.
