To whom it may concern, I am a full-time student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University- Prescott, and I am playing soccer for the college team. My major is aerospace engineering. It all started when I was young something around 8-10, I used to turn our backyard into a junkyard of old bicycles that people got rid of. So, I played with the old bicycle, and I turn into a bicycle that I could use. I made all types of bicycles that you can imagine. Since then, I loved the act of creating new stuff. I liked to find a solution to the approach problem. And I would not stop until I found the solution. I did not know back then that I will end up as an engineering student, but when I needed to decide about my major after I have done some personal tests and talked with some advisors that analyzed my personality, I decided that my major will be something that combines science with technology. My favorite moment in college is the ability to succeed in the education path and on the soccer path at the same time. It is challenging to combine both, as the season of college soccer is intense and we travel all the time for away games. So, it is nice to see different places with soccer, but it is a challenge to study at the same time. But the feeling after I face a challenge is the best feeling. This season was a challenging time so far. We won the regular season, And then we traveled for the conference tournament that we won as well, and then we traveled for the national tournament that we lost in the open round. It was an amazing experience on and off the field. We did a history for the school, the school never won two trophies in the same season. So, you can imagine the feeling of euphoria we had at the time. On the other hand, this semester was challenging for me in the study field. Because the major I chose is not an easy major when you present in class, so, you can imagine how challenging it can be when you miss a lot of classes because of traveling from soccer. I think we missed overall about four weeks of classes. But I chose to play soccer (because I like it), and I chose to study aerospace engineering (because it is interesting and I want an interesting future). So, I cannot complain. I just put my head done and keep working. And I did it, finishing the season with two thropys and above 3.5 GPA. So, I cannot choose a simple moment that is my favorite moment in college. It is a process that I am going through. And this process and this experience are my favorites in college. Sincerely, Roei Nir

To whom it may concern, my name is Roei Nir, and I am originally from Israel. My major is aerospace engineering. I am studying at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University- Prescott. And I also play soccer for the college. I think it t all started when I was a kid and I played in our backyard in Israel. I did not know back then that I will end up as an engineering student, but when I needed to decide about my major after I have done some personal tests and talked with some advisors that analyzed my personality, I decided that my major will be something that combines science with technology. Moreover, I read some books that valid my decision about me going to an engineering path. I see myself as a solver of problems, and all my life I have been like that. I am getting more excited about dealing with the unknown. To discover some new side of myself. And I see to good in creating new technologies in goal to improve our future. One of the individuals that affect me is Elon Musk, and it is not because of the money or the success he achieved. It is because of the path he chose and the roads he chose on the way to success. He went with what he believed, and he believed in himself. He showed people that there is nothing cannot achieve or create in this life, all you need is to want it enough and to try enough times. He changes and moves the space industry like NASA did not change since the 70th.. and this is incredible. Another person who has had a strong impact on the way I see life is Warren Buffett, again, not because of the money he got or the success he got. It is because of the way he thinks, and the way he did it. His goal was always to be better than others, always to do more than them. However, he meant to do better than others in the long term. He understood the power of consistency. And this is what lead me through my life today, I trying to be the best version of myself every day consistently. One quote that I truly believe is:" I am not the results, I am a collection of the actions I am doing again and again." Sincerely, Roei Nir

To whom it may concern, I am the first one in my family to leave his comfort zone, with the goal of success. And I will! My major is aerospace engineering. One quote that I truly believe is:" I am not the results, I am a collection of the actions I am doing again and again." In my goal to change the tech industry, I would try to get different competitors to combine their resources and do some brainstorming to create our future better. And not like today when each work on his stuff. I think the tech industry is not matter where you come from. It is how beneficial you can be to the industry. In humanity, we are all different and that is what makes us special, If we all were the same we were bored already a long time ago. Thank you, Roei Nir
