I come from a low-class family in the Northeast and took some loans out to help cover the cost of the trade school I am currently attending. I am currently a student at Lincoln Technical Institute for Automotive Technology and hope to enter the workforce with some knowledge beforehand and gain experience and confidence with the things I will be doing. I chose to become a future Automotive Technician because I enjoy facing new challenges and overcoming them. I already enjoy doing diagnoses and helping get to the root of the problem and fixing them. I am passionate about cars and already enjoy being the person who services them because every car has a story to tell whether it be good or bad. This is something I am ready to get into and get started with right away!

What inspired me to pursue a career in the automotive industry was the chance to learn more than the day before. To work on different vehicles, to see how different companies create and sell to the market, and to feel and ride what mankind has created with their thoughts and hands. This and the fact cars are always getting updated like new phones that come out every year, equipped with evermore advanced technology than the previous generation is a marvel of its own. I find great interest in how this is done and want to make sure I am there seeing it all happen with not only my eyes but my hands as well. I plan to first get into the field and get hands-on with the vehicles I would be working on. I have a preference for German cars, so those might be the first I would get to know and if not, there are more companies and manufacturers to learn from out there. I hope to do this in the future to jump-start my career and eventually go to a university/college to major in something related to creating engines and related items. I would want to become an engineer in the end and help create the engines I have long been fascinated about creating, hoping the blueprints I help create would become a reality down the road. I would like this to become a possibility in my lifetime and enjoy life knowing the fact that I helped engineer an engine, transmission, frame, etc. This would be my ultimate dream, having my legacy stamped in the car world. With what I would have learned from my prior experiences and how some things could be more efficient than they already are, I envision my ideas not only helping myself but others as well. I want to share the knowledge I received and share it with others whether that be social media for example. I want to help others who are having trouble understanding concepts and giving them help or feedback that they would need to keep moving forward, whether it be through YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok videos. I enjoy seeing other people having success other than myself, and knowing I was a part of that success gives me joy within myself. I have many ideas and dreams I want to become reality, and hopefully, one day they will become true, no matter how long it takes I want to make sure my dreams do become reality.
