Hey, it's me... Marisa! I'm a junior studying Earth & Environmental Sciences at Boston University with an unwavering passion for science, sustainability, and exploring the great outdoors. I am fueled by curiosity for nature and a commitment to understanding the complex factors shaping our environment.
As an aspiring wildlife ecologist, I am dedicated to investigating how environmental changes impact animal populations and the valuable insights these interactions provide for the health of our planet and society. My goal is to emerge a leader in sustainability and environmental education, inspiring future generations to make informed, eco-conscious choices.
I thrive in collaborative environments that celebrate diverse perspectives, knowing meaningful change stems from both knowledge and empathy. Excited by new opportunities and adventure, I look forward to applying my academic, volunteer, and work experiences to support communities worldwide and expanding my impact through study and research abroad in the coming year.
