My name is Lydia Jiles. I am currently an upcoming senior at Howard University. I am majoring in chemistry and minoring in biology. I am a first-generation college student, and I am the first in my family to want to pursue a career in medicine. I aspire to be an OB-GYN to better the care of women of color in the healthcare system. In my spare time, I enjoy being with friends and family and also exploring our beautiful planet.
