I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. I am a proud cum laude community college graduate, magna cum laude health science graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, mentor, organization leader, emergency department clinical technician, and aspiring physician assistant. In addition to working in healthcare, I co-founded a youth mentoring organization for underrepresented high school students in my hometown called Loudoun Mentors. I have a strong passion for mentorship and am involved in multiple mentorship organizations. I am a woman of faith, an active community volunteer, a lover of music, and a family-centered individual. My experiences serving medically underserved patient populations influenced me to become a PA to amplify the voices of patients who are too often silenced, help increase access to healthcare, help eliminate health disparities, and achieve health equity.
