Pay attention to detail, because clearly not enough people do, so guess what we're killing every day, our oceans. The danger in our oceans is not the sharks, not the orcas, but the plastic, pollution, and oil rigs. As much as people love the oceans, and the beautiful animals, and creatures inside of them most of us aren't doing anything to protect the amazing life inside these oceans. We are killing, and hurting these animals, and sea life each and every day continuing the harmful acts that you may not even be aware of that you are doing. I care about protecting our oceans because this is the only place we have as humans, there is only one planet called, Earth.
My pursuit of protecting our oceans is becoming a marine biologist and marine rescuer. I want to help as much as I can in our oceans, by going into depths of what just to save a baby blue whale or the largest great white I'll ever see. Seeing the little things and a huge picture is being able to see little mistakes and fix them. I want to be that fixer, I want to have an unpolluted ocean once again. It's sickening to just watch how marine life lives in the worst conditions and dying way before their life expectancies just by being slowly choked by plastic packaging. Just being able to help a newborn sea turtle or even protect sea lions is just steps before an even bigger battle that I am willing to fight for. Pursuing a career, and study into marine life as a whole, is an immense step toward building character for yourself, and for other surrounding you.
I plan on using my degree to overcome the dangers in our oceans, and not only that our planet. Slowly it is declining in the worst ways possible, but we are capable into make this planet back to the green, healthy, living planet it was before. Life is multiple learning stages, and I am willing to make my way into an amazing stage to create great funding, fellowship, and responsibility to help get the oceans to the clean, pollution-free oceans they used to be. Throughout my seventeen years of life, this has been my destiny for fifteen years. I've been an animal lover since I was three years old, and that love will never come up. Growing into the young adult woman I am today, changes my mindset about how we take care of not only ourselves, but everything surrounding us, and that includes sea life, marine animals, and so much more. Let's make the planet green again, let's make the oceans clear.
