Bio

I have led a full life and am still so excited about what the future will bring. I want to start a small, environmentally beneficial farm. Today we do not have sustainable farming and many people struggle with access to fresh grown produce. This is made worse by pollution and poor farming practices. I currently spend much of my time researching alternative methods of food sourcing to help with that problem. I keep bees for the positive environmental impact.

Believe you can and you are halfway there. -Theodore Roosevelt Have you ever had an idea that you were certain was the next million-dollar idea? Did you do it? Me either. I have had a ton of ideas or things that I wanted to do that I never got around to doing. Growing up it was put in my mind that a G.E.D. and a double wide was the most I could hope for in life. I got my Associates Degree after I graduated high school with honors. I believed I could. I have moved across the country by myself to start a new life in a place I knew nothing about because I believed I could. I raised my son on my own because I believed I could. The crazy thing is, the things that I did occurred almost before I even knew I was doing it, in the moment before fear sets in and changes your mind. That’s the moment where believing in yourself makes all the difference. Getting out of your own way is the hardest part of achieving anything that seems out of reach. There is no room for self-doubt in the world, whether we like it or not there will always be plenty of people to doubt you, be the person who believes in you. After all, nobody will ever advocate harder for you than you right? I still need to write that novel I have an idea for, but this morning I applied for a college to get the degree that I have been dreaming of. Right now I am applying for a scholarship because maybe I will get it, I believe I can. Not believing in yourself gives you 100% chance of failure, but if you believe in yourself you are halfway there.
