I’m passionate about the performing arts. I am a singer/songwriter, musician, and actress. I cannot imagine my life without the performing arts. I am a great candidate because I am consistent in all I do and have the will to get my goals done. As a person who desires to connect with other people through their passions and mine, I love teamwork but am also independent. My desire is to grow more in every aspect of my life, and learn about new aspects OF LIFE. -Much love Kemily P.S. Fear does not stop me from pursuing my dreams.     Austin Kramer Music-Maker Scholarship
    This year was my last year in high school, and I wanted to write a song that represents how it feels to look back on the four years my friends and I shared. At the same time, my school was having a virtual end-of-the-year event. With that, I decided to hit two birds with one stone, finish my song, create a music video, and submit it. My song Campfire captures the essence of sitting around a campfire with friends. In the music video, I am unable to meet my friends due to covid, and end up sitting alone. However, I capture a moment between my Mom and me, reflecting our lives during COVID-19.

    Have you ever wanted to be the villain? I do, rather than the protagonist that saves the day, I would rather be the antagonist. Villain’s have the most important role, to make a story THE story . We watch movies to see how the protagonists’ will solve the conflict, but it is the antagonist that creates it. They have a certain sass to them, this overwhelming confidence that cannot be defeated. Nor are they distracted from their goals. I feel that confidence when I listen to my playlist. To me villains serve a greater purpose-to make life worth while.
