My name is Kaiya Patel, and I am a senior in Frisco, Texas. I grew up in the DFW area, but am originally from Chicago. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, going to country concerts, and babysitting. My biggest passion is childcare, and my goal is to become a pediatric speech therapist, within an elementary school. My biggest inspirations in life are my mom and my sister, who is one year older than me, but my biggest inspiration career-wise is my own old speech therapist, who showed me the importance of creating a welcoming environment to kids who need it. I plan on majoring, and receiving my masters, in psychology, and minoring in creative studies, at Texas A&M University.
