I am a Social Work student who emphasizes in adolescence. I am very interested in how the mind works and how to help struggling individuals find a safe and healthy life path. I currently work with struggling teens at an RTC. I am going to start work as a swim instructor soon. I am a strong advocate for mental health. I am into fitness and nutrition without unhealthy restriction. I love to learn new things and implement them into my life.
