I'm in a band called Wild Goose Chase! At the beginning of the COVID pandemic we wanted to release a COVID-related original song, so I starting brainstorming. I wrote the song in April of 2020 and the lyrics are still applicable today. The message of the chorus is simply that we can be great humans even with weird new social norms, and this unprecedented time just might teach us to appreciate things in a new way! The chorus goes:
"We'll learn to love, we'll learn to laugh
Learn to thank the Lord for everything we have
We'll learn to stop, maybe count the stars
We'll learn to touch a person's heart
From six feet apart"
I hope you enjoy "From Six Feet Apart"!
