Jessica Saifee is currently a 3rd-year medical student at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She graduated from Wellesley College in 2016 with a degree in Neuroscience and South Asian studies. After college, she was a State Department critical language scholar for Urdu in Lucknow, India. She was then a Fulbright fellow in Tajikistan. She is currently in the global health track at her medical school where she focuses her interests and research on refugee health. Before matriculating to medical school, she worked at Boston Children's Hospital where she worked on research projects based in Bangladesh and Chile. She has interned at various international NGOs in India and Cambodia.
