Bio

I am currently a first-year Health Science major at the University of Florida hoping to go to graduate school to become a pediatric occupational therapist. I also plan to pursue a minor in Disabilities in Society to complement my profession. My grandfather greatly inspired me to become an OT, since I watched his occupational therapist drastically improve his life. Ever since, I have wanted to help others the same way my grandfather's OT helped him. I graduated from Mandarin High School with a 4.61 weighted GPA. I am a Florida Academic Scholar, AP Scholar, and I was awarded an AICE diploma with Distinction. I am also involved in multiple clubs and organizations at UF such as the Medi-Gators Virtual Shadowing Program, SOTA Occupational Therapy Club, LEAP Mentorship Program, MedLife Pre-Health Club, and In-Between Club.
