Hello!
I am a passionate and optimistic human! I discovered my love for Cybersecurity in high school and and cannot wait to make it my career. I have been in numerous cyber clubs in high school, as well as outside classes, internships, and other opportunities to continue learning! I believe that this field will enable me to make a hugely positive impact on the world. Cyber is important as it is a growth field that continues to change and develop, therefore I will have the opportunity to continue learning throughout my lifetime!
My other passion is volunteerism, my family runs a non-profit and I am very heavily involved in not only the family causes, but those of my own as well! I joined in 6th grade and am fully committed to Junior Optimist International (JOI) as well as the parent organization Optimist International (OI), holding many leadership roles including Governor of the Colorado/ Wyoming Chapter! These groups focus on leadership for young people and exploring their full potentials in their world as well as the world around them.
I strive to work in an atmosphere that allows me to focus on both of my passions at the same time!

Pettable Pet Lovers Annual Scholarship
This is my love Magpie, I call him Maggie when he is not in trouble... those instances are far and between!
He was born in my bedroom to a mom that we found under a bush in the front yard. We are completely inseparable, he'll turned 3 on January 26th. He was attacked by my neighbor's dog the one time he ever went outside of the house with me, that was the scariest day ever. He had to have three surgeries to save his life, one of the photos shows the damage. He is huge (13 lbs!) and healthy now!
Bold Moments No-Essay Scholarship
As Governor of Junior Optimist International (JOI), I was responsible for creating the annual JOI convention. I was in charge of creating a theme, menu, service project, and training workshops. It was an amazing success! I chose the theme of “Camping Out With JOI”. The menu, decorations, and music were based around this theme, with hot dogs, tents, and lots of plaid - I even wore a bear suit! During my training, I was able to encourage one of our younger members to seek her leadership role and she has since been elected the youngest ever Governor-Elect for the district.
