Track to the Trades
Think of any object, even as simple as a paperclip. Well the process of making and exporting that thing, probably required at least 20 different trades, ranging from HVAC to cooling the workers in the factory and automotive to make sure the trucks used, are up to code and maintained, I could keep on mentioning a lot of stuff implied. How fascinating it is to know how important trades like those, are used so much in modern society.
One of my aspirations is to become an honest mechanic knowing that anyone who comes to me with a car problem will get a precise and trustworthy performance. I want to be known as the guy that will get the job done with a big smile on his face. I am determined to keep studying in the auto path to learn how I can get better, learn from my mistakes, and assist people in need. This scholarship will help me maintain my focus on pursuing and attending the Automotive path alongside my ambitions. I plan on going to UTI Technical Institute if I get this scholarship which is the closest to me and follows traits that are close to my personal goals.
Personally how trades have impacted my life, is not only the mechanics of it that have helped me, it's the joy I have provided to my family even with the little things I have learned; for example, in the past, my dad would have to pay for little things such as oil changes, or tire changes. With current skills I have learned during high school, I have been able to provide and save my parents money. Alongside learning trades also helps me look forward to waking up and going to my high school, taking notes, being respectful, and paying attention. All this I know will help me in the future and the present. Also, trades have helped me focus on things that matter and kept me very enthusiastic.
When someone asks me how I would describe myself, I would say a word that I learned very recently which is GRIT. I show it, for example, by always saying thank you to the lunch ladies serving my food at school alongside a good morning or good afternoon. I show respect in many different ways such as when someone is explaining to me how to do something I already know, I don't just interrupt them saying I know what I am doing, on the contrary, I pay close attention because maybe they do it in a different way that I can use to benefit me. I have a small wood crafting business making wood pens and cutting boards, I love coming up with new ideas on how I can make them better and more sentimental. I sometimes give my teachers pens I make to show gratitude for the hard work they do and the kindness they show.
The Trade path I am looking for will always be in demand and I am just excited I will maybe have the opportunity to accomplish my goals and keep my moral standard forever.
Michael Hinrich Memorial Scholarship
When you grow up in a low-income household and see the struggle your parents have to go through paying for food, bills, and car repairs. The first thing that comes to mind is how you can help. The reason why I want to become an auto mechanic is because are cars always have something wrong with them, sometimes we have to find the nearest parking lot when something in our car goes wrong. I detest the fact that I have to stand there and see the struggle on my dad's face as he opens the hood knowing he does not know how to fix the problem.
My mission is to be able to pursue an automotive mechanic career to be able to help my parents, my family, and my companions and be a successful honest man. Being an auto mechanic means I will be able to impact many families just by being able to fix their car the right way knowing I am honest I will point out possible problems they can have. I am determined to keep on an automotive path and study how I can become better, learn from my mistakes, and assist people in need. Sometimes It's not just about being able to fix cars it's imagining the gratitude on my parents' faces, the gratitude on my family's faces. The automotive industry is never going to stop, and is something I am very passionate about.
Minecraft Forever Fan Scholarship
One of many fears that parents have, would be their child is learning things that will not develop their mind.Little did my parents know, that minecraft was the building block for my passion for building, my passion for always trying to unlock my full creative potential. When people think of Minecraft they think of a fun and simple game, when I think of minecraft I think of endless possibilities of experimentation, a sense of achievement, and pride when you see you finally accomplished a goal.
Unlike other games, Minecraft has helped me bond with a lot of unique people around the globe. I have collaborated with many people with different opinions or ideas and it has helped me expand my understanding of how others think and implement their ideas in the game. Collaborating with others online on buildings and experiments has also showed me a lot of other people also enjoy the game for the excitement and achievements. Minecraft is a very simple game with basic instructions, but we made it a special game by the amount of achievements and goals we set such as building our own first survival house or even experimenting with redstone.
Minecraft has a special place in my heart and will continue too.

I am currently studying in a small automotive program available only in high school for free. My goal in that class is every day I get there set myself a mindset that I am going to pay attention and milk as much knowledge as I can get from that program. When the teacher is going to give a lesson first thing I do is take out my journal to take notes even if it its not mandatory. When I catch myself getting off task I remind my self I do not have the money to attend a trade school after high school, Only if I pay attention maybe then I will be able to find a way I can become a good auto mechanic with some experience. On my days off I sometimes do assignments again even do its not required, I open Youtube and search for little things that can help me get more knowledge. The automotive industry in never going to stop and is always going to be in high demand and is something I am very passionate about and something that can help me and my family in the future.
