Bold Technology Matters Scholarship
The mentaverse excites me the most. Metaverse is a vast network of persistent, real-time rendered 3D environments and simulations that support identity, objects, history, payments, and entitlements, and may be experienced simultaneously by an effectively infinite number of users, each with their own sense of presence. The game in technology is about to change and it's going to start here.
Bold Giving Scholarship
Giving back to the community is important to me. For a variety of reasons, I believe in giving back. For starters, many people in the world's larger cities have a plethora of advantages that many people can only dream about. They have outstanding educational opportunities and so much more. Many people take so many conveniences for granted that the concept of not having running water or reliable electricity is unthinkable.
Volunteering and assisting others can help you cope with stress, combat depression, and maintain mental concentration. While it is true that the more you volunteer, the more benefits you will gain, volunteering does not have to be a long-term commitment or take up a significant amount of time. Simple acts of kindness can benefit others while also improving one's health and happiness. Contributing is one of the best ways to meet new people while participating in a common hobby. Volunteering is a welcoming way to meet new people, particularly if you are new to the area. It strengthens your ties to the community. It introduces you to people who have common interests, local resources, and enjoyable and gratifying activities. Some people are naturally outgoing, while others are introverted and find it difficult to meet new people.
I want to give back o bridge the gap of my community but also show others of the importance of giving back as not only an opportunity but as a way of life.

To various people, "financial freedom" means different things. However, it is commonly interpreted as being able to live the lifestyle of your choice while managing your finances appropriately. To put it another way, it is having enough savings, assets, and cash on hand to live comfortably today and in the future. Furthermore, many people define financial freedom as having their money work for them rather than having to labor for it and worry about it.
As a student, it simply means being able to maintain self-discipline and prioritize important tasks such as investing and saving. To make this happen, one must be able to use their degree and other resources available to them. I'm a huge believer in preparing and having a vision, and I believe that will help me reach my goals.
A Sani Life Scholarship
If the year 2020 has taught me anything is that in a world of uncertainty, it’s important that one has a roadmap as a guide filled with goals and key markers to track where you started and the direction where you’d like to go. One of the biggest accomplishments I now hold is my Bachelor's Degree in Communication studies with a Minor in leadership and skills development. This has been significant to me because in the midst of a global pandemic where everything felt like it was falling apart I was able to push through and complete this journey started a few years back. I can say without a doubt that this was mentally challenging but in the end, it brought me a fulfillment of just and it was the redirection that I needed to pursue my other goals one of them being my Masters's degree and business endeavors. Writing has always been an important anchor in my life and I've always been passionate about Caribbean events, entertainment development, and communications. One of the few reasons I love to write about entertainment is because as developing countries I get to highlight what could possibly be a game-changer for many and it brings joy.
After leaving Jamaica several years ago I wouldn’t have thought that I would be in the field of communications and sometimes life often puts us in a place of redirection when we least expect it.
I discovered the field of communications through my academic and professional life. My undergraduate experience solidified in my mind the importance of communications and why it is important to have more persons occupy this field. It was important for me to know how different communication functions worked within an organization and how best to use that knowledge in aid of providing more effective customer service. The communications and digital landscape is forever changing and I would love to gain additional knowledge to be a game-changer and also further myself in this field. The mere fact that this opportunity was provided to me highlights the role it plays in not only being flexible but looks at the gravitas of the challenges we are faced by those who occupy this field locally and internationally. In 2020 we saw where most persons went directly from the office to working from home and many companies have stuck with this business model and increased their communications with teams a part of the new normal.
In the global market in which communications and creative writing are on display throughout the pandemic, we see the need for greater communication and creative writing efforts in ensuring effective messaging is delivered but we also saw a big shift in how many companies now operate in the digital land space embracing new technologies as it relates to how day to day business activities are conducted through strategic and effective communicational channels. I'm happy to be a part of this game-changing creative field.

Impact Scholarship for Black Students
My name is David Williams and I am a 27 years old current graduate student of Florida International University pursuing a master's degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Global Strategic Communication. As my professional career grows I think that completing my master’s will provide me a strategic advantaging in my filed but also help me reach three significant goals which are giving back to my community, becoming a communication manager/director or a major corporation, and lastly using these skills to someday operate my own communications firm or business. A part of my professional goal is giving back to my community using the knowledge that I’ve gained to work with nonprofit organizations as well as my local community back home in Jamaica and here in the US.
I know that this will take hard work and determination to complete as well as making the right connections through life by being bold. A part of how a prepare myself for my goals is having my own professional development plan which I started years ago, I am currently on track and for that I am thankful. I discovered the field of communications through my academic and professional life. My undergraduate experience solidified in my mind the importance of communications and why it is important to have more persons occupy this field. While my professional career is one that reflects heavily in customer service relations, communications played a significant role in me appreciating different communications styles from different sectors in which I worked in. It was important for me to know how different communication functions worked within an organization and how best to use that knowledge in aid of providing more effective customer service. On my journey, I think that one of the most important things in preparing yourself it to be curious and to be engaged. This allows me to want to learn more, want to do more, and experience more while staying grounded towards my goals.

Communications and public relations for me is an ethernet that brings people together connecting and adding to the missing pieces and that's why I am so passionate about this field and hope to make a greater impact through my efforts.
