I am passionate about music and art. I have been a trombonist in my school's marching band for all my years of high school, wherein I served as Brass Captain in my junior year and as Drill Sergeant in my senior year. These roles required great skill, dedication, and care, and they taught me how to be an effective leader. In my junior year, I created a self-portrait that was selected to be in a juried exhibit called "Fresh Perspectives" run by the Morris Museum (Morristown, NJ). My work, "The Finishing Touch," was featured for several weeks as one of fifty pieces made by talented high school artists from across New Jersey. I will study both music and visual art in college, and I aim to pursue both professionally one day. I am especially interested in becoming an animator. I love to tell stories with my work, and I hope to share this passion with the world. Thank you for your time!
