My goals in life are to enable and inspire. I am determined to change the world at least in the next 10 years, which is a very large job to be taking on and accomplishing but that does not slow me down or stop me. I have had a very hard time struggling to get through life with being adopted, not having my father in my life, battling depression, and being an African American female. In today's society, it feels like everyone is judged in some type of way. My duty is to make everyone feel loved, welcome, and included because two years ago I did not have that comfort and I don't want anyone going through life the way I did. To accomplish this goal I will attend North Carolina A&T, one of the biggest most successful HBCUs in the U.S., I will go out and speak to youth groups, take part in community service, and I will get my voice heard for the millions of voices that are silenced.
