Sports have always been my passion. Whether it's shooting hoops or watching games, I've always felt at home in the world of sports. As a young African American male, I've faced my share of challenges, but I've never let them hold me back. Instead, I've used them as fuel to drive my determination to succeed.
From assisting my team to districts to volunteering with youth teams, I've always been driven by a desire to excel and give back. That's why I'm excited about the opportunity to study sports management and digital media at William Jewell. It's a chance to turn my love for sports into a career while making a positive impact in my community.
Sports management and minor in sports digital media aren't just fields of study to me; they're pathways to empowerment and success. I'm committed to working hard, both academically and in my extracurricular activities, to achieve my goals and inspire those around me.
In applying for this opportunity, I'm not just seeking a degree—I'm seeking a chance to change the narrative, for myself and for others like me. I'm ready to take on the challenges ahead and grateful for the chance to pursue my dreams. Thank you for considering my application.
