Bio

Hope you are having a lovely day. My name is Brandon Badgley, and I have dedicated my life to exploring the depths of human experience through psychology, philosophy, storytelling, and the pursuit of personal growth. As a philosopher, Soul Navigator, author, my passion lies in bringing stories to life—stories that inspire, challenge, and ultimately, bring about positive change in the world. I’m also an audio talent, martial artist, nature lover, and a self-proclaimed DnD geek, which speaks to my love for adventure and creativity. The path I’ve chosen is one that intertwines intellectual exploration with a deep commitment to helping others discover their own potential. Through my work as a Soul Navigator, I guide individuals on their journey to self-discovery and spiritual growth, helping them connect with their inner selves and find their true purpose. This work is incredibly fulfilling, but it also requires a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding, which is why continuing my education is so important to me. Receiving a scholarship would provide me with the financial support necessary to pursue my academic goals without the added burden of financial stress. It would allow me to focus more fully on my studies and the development of my skills, which in turn would enhance my ability to contribute to the lives of others. As someone who is passionate about philosophy, psychology, and the humanities, I am eager to dive deeper into these fields and expand my knowledge so that I can better serve my community and the world.

Fostering the Social-Emotional Well-Being and Intellectual Growth of Gifted Children Gifted children hold incredible potential, but they also face unique challenges that require thoughtful guidance and nurturing. My career goal as a Soul Navigator and scholar is to create an environment where these children can flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Through the integration of my #YES2U movement, the creation of an eco-village wellness center, and my commitment to supporting children from all walks of life—including those fighting cancer and those gifted with extraordinary abilities—I aim to build a foundation that empowers the next generation to thrive. You see, growing up, I was quite a gifted child myself. However, I did not have the support system I needed to excel with my own gifts. In fact, many times I became ostracized for my unique qualities. Over the years this caused a number of challenges. Yet low and behold, it made me appreciate other people who faced the same challenges. I understand what it is like for gifted children to often struggle to fit into traditional structures that fail to meet their intellectual or emotional needs. Their minds work faster or in ways that set them apart, yet they often lack the support to navigate their complex inner worlds. Similarly, children battling illnesses like cancer often had their potential overshadowed by their circumstances. These children, though different in their experiences, share a common need: a space where their gifts and challenges can be nurtured with compassion and understanding. This realization inspired me to dedicate my life to creating spaces that foster connection, purpose, and growth. At the heart of my vision is the #YES2U movement, which champions the idea that every individual has unique gifts that deserve to be recognized and celebrated. By encouraging children to embrace their authentic selves and empowering them to explore their talents, #YES2U instills confidence and fosters a sense of belonging. This philosophy will guide the development of programs designed to nurture gifted children and those overcoming significant challenges, offering them a sense of direction and hope. One of my primary career goals is to establish an eco-village wellness center and retreat that, in part, supports children’s holistic development. This eco-village will serve as a haven where gifted children and those battling life’s hardships can find the resources, mentors, and community they need to thrive. The natural environment of the eco-village will encourage mindfulness and creativity, while workshops and activities will provide avenues for intellectual and emotional growth. Programs will include arts, sciences, athletics, real world skills, and nature-based learning, allowing children to explore their passions in ways that traditional systems often overlook. In addition to focusing on giftedness, I aim to create programs specifically for children fighting cancer. These children often face emotional isolation and limited opportunities to explore their potential due to their medical challenges. By integrating medical support with creative and intellectual outlets, my wellness center will provide a space where they can rediscover joy and purpose. Through activities like storytelling, mindfulness, and peer support, these children will see their resilience as a gift rather than a limitation. To ensure the sustainability of this vision, I plan to establish a foundation dedicated to fostering the next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders. As a scholar and Soul Navigator, I am committed to developing groundbreaking methods that blend emotional intelligence, spirituality, and intellectual enrichment. This foundation will support innovative educational initiatives, mentorship programs, and scholarships for gifted children and those overcoming adversity. My work with Save The World Tribe (STWT) also underscores this mission. As a community dedicated to sustainability, empowerment, and intentional living, STWT embodies the values that I want to pass on to the next generation. By creating a model of collaborative growth, STWT inspires children and their families to see their place in the world as part of a larger, meaningful whole. Ultimately, my career goals are about more than just meeting the intellectual needs of gifted children. They are about fostering the social-emotional well-being of every child who feels out of place, unsupported, or unseen. By nurturing their gifts and addressing their challenges with empathy and creativity, I hope to empower these children to embrace their potential and make a difference in the world. Through #YES2U, the eco-village, Save The World Tribe, and my dedication to building a sustainable foundation, I aim to give children the tools to navigate their unique paths with confidence and purpose. This journey is not just about academic or professional success—it’s about creating a generation of empowered, compassionate individuals who will carry these values forward. I believe that with the right support, every child has the potential to not only change their own lives but also contribute to a more hopeful, connected, and thriving world. Thank you for the opportunity!

Overcoming Challenges on My Journey Back to School Returning to school has been one of the most transformative and challenging experiences of my life. This journey has required balancing my personal responsibilities, overcoming health struggles, and rediscovering my dedication to education. However, through each obstacle, I’ve grown stronger and more determined to achieve my academic and personal goals. One of the most significant changes in my life was getting married and becoming a stepfather. Taking on the role of a parent, while deeply rewarding, comes with its own set of challenges. My days are filled with ensuring my family is cared for and supported, all while pursuing my education. Learning to balance family life with schoolwork and my job has taught me how to prioritize, manage my time effectively, and remain steadfast in my goals. The joy of being a stepfather provides me with an unwavering motivation—I want to model resilience and dedication for my family, showing them that it’s never too late to pursue a dream. Another challenge I faced was transferring schools. Adjusting to a new institution required navigating unfamiliar systems, meeting new academic expectations, and reestablishing myself in a new environment. It wasn’t always easy to feel like I belonged, but it pushed me to step out of my comfort zone. I sought out resources, connected with professors, and engaged with classmates to build a sense of community. This process reminded me of the importance of persistence and adaptability, skills that will serve me not just in school but throughout life. My health has been another significant hurdle. Chronic pain and anxiety have been constant companions, sometimes making it difficult to focus on schoolwork or even attend classes. Anxiety, in particular, can be paralyzing, filling my mind with doubts and what-ifs. Chronic pain adds a physical layer to this struggle, making even simple tasks seem overwhelming. However, I’ve learned to manage these challenges through mindfulness practices, setting realistic goals, and seeking support when needed. My experiences with anxiety and chronic pain have taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of self-care. They’ve also given me a deeper empathy for others who face invisible struggles, which has become a cornerstone of my character. Despite these challenges, returning to school has brought many positives into my life. I’ve rediscovered my passion for learning and found a renewed sense of purpose in pursuing my degree. The academic environment pushes me to grow intellectually and personally, reminding me that every small victory is a step toward a brighter future. My experiences have also deepened my gratitude for the opportunity to pursue education. Being back in school has also allowed me to form connections with others who are on their own unique journeys. Sharing my story with classmates and hearing theirs has inspired me and reaffirmed that we are all capable of overcoming adversity. The skills I’m gaining—such as time management, critical thinking, and perseverance—are not just academic but life lessons that I hope to pass on to my family and others around me. Returning to school has been a path filled with challenges, but it has also been an incredible opportunity for growth. My experiences have shaped me into someone who is not only determined to succeed academically but also committed to using my journey to inspire and support others. Thank you for the opportunity!

Becoming an Agent of Change Through Writing, Leadership, and Community My career goal is to be an agent of change by helping individuals and communities unlock their full potential and advocate for positive growth. As the founder of Save The World Tribe and the #YES2U movement, I’ve begun this journey by inspiring, educating, and uniting thousands of people passionate about personal growth, sustainability, and intentional living. My aim is not only to lead and write but also to guide others in their self-discovery and transformation. Save The World Tribe started as a grassroots initiative but has grown into a larger platform for inspiring worldwide change. With a Facebook community of over 65,000 members, I’ve been able to connect with people who share a passion for topics such as mental health, eco-friendly living, and personal empowerment. This community has enabled me to step into the role of a Soul Navigator, guiding people through their journeys of self-awareness and spiritual development. As a Soul Navigator, I help individuals find their purpose, understand their emotions, and align with their true selves. This role has deepened my commitment to making a broader impact on the world. Writing has always been a core passion of mine, and it aligns perfectly with my career aspirations. I’m currently working on the #YES2U magazine, a publication dedicated to sharing insights, stories, and inspiration for leading intentional and fulfilling lives. Writing gives me the platform to express complex ideas, share my experiences, and connect with others on a meaningful level. Through my magazine and other works, I aim to continue using storytelling to inspire positive change in individuals and communities alike. Looking ahead, I plan to expand Save The World Tribe into a full-scale movement centered around sustainable, community-based living. My vision includes the creation of eco-villages that promote self-sufficiency, mental and physical well-being, and a deep connection to nature. These communities will stand as living examples of how we can live harmoniously with the earth while supporting personal and collective growth. This project embodies the values I’ve promoted through my writing and community work. My experiences as a leader, writer, and Soul Navigator have been key steps toward my ultimate goal of creating a career focused on positive societal impact. By combining my passion for writing with my leadership skills and dedication to personal growth, I aim to continue helping others discover their paths while advocating for a cultural shift toward sustainable, intentional living. My career will not only focus on my achievements but also create a ripple effect of empowerment in communities worldwide, helping people reclaim their power, connect with others, and live in harmony with both themselves and the environment. Thank you for the opportunity.

From Cartoonist to Storyteller and Wellness Advocate As a child, I dreamed of becoming a cartoonist. Creating vibrant worlds, characters, and stories felt like magic, offering an escape from the challenges of growing up in a family deeply affected by mental health struggles. Art and storytelling were my outlets, helping me navigate an environment where depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues often took center stage. My childhood ambition to be a cartoonist wasn’t just about drawing—it was about communicating emotions, ideas, and perspectives in a way that could touch people’s hearts. While I no longer dream of being a cartoonist in the traditional sense, my path has evolved into something that still fulfills the same passion: storytelling. Today, I am pursuing a vision that involves creating a farm-to-table eco-village wellness center and retreat, a space where stories of healing, peace, and connection can unfold. My focus has shifted from creating fictional worlds to building a real-world sanctuary where people can reconnect with their souls, their communities, and the earth. This new career path stems from a profound desire to make a difference in the lives of others by addressing the root causes of suffering. Growing up in a family burdened by mental health challenges, I witnessed how untreated emotional pain could lead to anger, isolation, and even violence. These experiences made me passionate about promoting peace and helping others heal from within. I believe that when we learn to connect with ourselves on a deeper level, we can break cycles of pain and create a ripple effect of understanding and compassion in the world. The eco-village wellness center I envision will be a storytelling space in its own right. Each element—be it the gardens, the farm-to-table meals, or the mindfulness practices—will teach visitors how to live in harmony with themselves and their surroundings. The center will offer workshops and retreats where individuals can learn about the power of peace, practice self-awareness, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. By combining sustainability, spirituality, and holistic mental health practices, this space will help people find the tools they need to overcome their struggles and thrive. Although this path diverges from my childhood dream of becoming a cartoonist, it remains rooted in creativity and connection. Just as I once wanted to use art to tell stories that resonated with others, I now aim to craft an environment that allows people to rewrite their own stories of healing and transformation. The journey to this realization wasn’t easy. Growing up surrounded by mental health challenges required me to develop resilience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the human experience. These qualities have shaped my desire to help others cultivate inner peace and build lives free from unnecessary conflict and violence. In many ways, I am still the storyteller I aspired to be as a child—just in a different form. Instead of drawing cartoons, I now seek to help others draw meaning from their lives, heal old wounds, and find joy in their unique paths. Through the wellness center, I hope to inspire others to connect with their souls, embrace peace, and create a better future for themselves and their communities. Thank you for the opportunity!

Pursuing a Degree in the Mental Health Field Mental health has always been a deeply personal and important topic for me, as my family has faced significant struggles with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, narcissism, anger issues, and eating disorders. Growing up in this environment was not easy—it was a whirlwind of conflicting emotions, unpredictable behaviors, and unspoken struggles. While these experiences were challenging, they also gave me profound insight into how mental health affects not only individuals but entire families and communities. These experiences have inspired me to pursue a degree in the mental health field, so I can help others navigate their own paths toward healing and stability. My dream is to create a farm-to-table eco-village wellness center and retreat, a space where individuals can heal holistically while reconnecting with themselves, others, and the earth. This wellness center will embody the philosophies that have shaped my approach to mental health: the belief that true healing happens when we nurture the mind, body, and spirit simultaneously. By integrating traditional psychological therapies with experiential, nature-based practices, my center will provide tools for individuals to overcome trauma, build resilience, and rediscover joy. The eco-village model is at the heart of this vision. Residents and visitors will have access to therapeutic gardening, mindfulness practices, and farm-to-table meals that nourish the body with fresh, healthy food. These activities will not only improve physical health but also foster a sense of connection and purpose. Research has shown that spending time in nature, engaging in meaningful work, and consuming nutrient-dense food have profound effects on mental well-being. My goal is to create an environment that supports these practices, helping people address their challenges in a holistic way. Additionally, the retreat will offer specialized programs for families and individuals impacted by mental health conditions like those I witnessed growing up. My vision includes group therapy sessions, creative outlets such as art and music therapy, and personal development workshops. These will be paired with modern therapeutic techniques to provide comprehensive care. I also believe in the power of community and shared healing. Visitors to the center will engage in collective projects like permaculture gardening, which teach the value of collaboration and sustainable living while providing emotional support. These projects will foster a sense of belonging, helping individuals break free from isolation and cultivate meaningful relationships. Ultimately, my goal is to bring hope and healing to those who have struggled in silence for too long. My family’s experiences taught me that mental health challenges don’t define who we are—they are obstacles we can overcome with the right support and tools. Through my education, I will be equipped to create spaces where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to embark on their own journeys of growth and healing. I believe that mental health is the foundation for a fulfilling life, and I am committed to building systems and spaces that allow others to thrive. By combining my education with my vision for the eco-village wellness center, I will dedicate my life to making a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for the opportunity!

My Journey as a Soul Navigator and Teacher of the Old Ways My desired career path as a soul navigator and teacher of the old ways is one that merges my deep spiritual calling with a commitment to preserving and revitalizing ancient wisdom. I envision guiding individuals and communities toward a more harmonious and sustainable way of living, deeply rooted in the traditions of our ancestors. This journey involved not only personal development through a monastic lifestyle but also a broader mission to create a new cultural paradigm centered around eco-village living and community resilience. The first step in my journey was embracing a monastic lifestyle of solitude and study. This phase was critical for deepening my understanding of ancient practices, philosophies, and spiritual teachings. I’ve dedicated myself to extensive study, meditation, and introspection, which have allowed me to cultivate a strong spiritual foundation. This solitary time has been essential for connecting with the old ways, enabling me to internalize the wisdom of our ancestors and prepare myself to share it with others. In parallel with my personal spiritual journey, I have also been actively building Save The World Tribe, a community dedicated to fostering connections between like-minded individuals who share a vision of a sustainable and spiritually rich future. Through this initiative, I aim to create a network of people committed to living in harmony with nature and reviving the practices of our ancestors. Save The World Tribe serves as both a support system for those on similar paths and a platform for spreading awareness about the importance of returning to these roots. To complement my spiritual and communal efforts, I am also pursuing formal education. I believe that a strong academic background is essential for gaining credibility and broadening my understanding of various disciplines that intersect with my work, such as anthropology, environmental science, and sustainable development. My education will equip me with the tools and knowledge necessary to effectively communicate and apply the old ways in a modern context, bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary society. One of my long-term goals is to create a new cultural paradigm centered around eco-village life. This vision involves establishing intentional communities that embody the principles of sustainability, cooperation, and spiritual growth. These eco-villages will serve as living examples of how the old ways can be integrated into modern life, offering a blueprint for others to follow. By fostering environments where people live in harmony with nature and each other, I hope to inspire a cultural shift toward more sustainable and spiritually fulfilling lifestyles. My experiences, skills, and interests are all deeply aligned with my chosen career path. My spiritual practice and monastic lifestyle have given me the inner strength and clarity needed to guide others. My work with Save The World Tribe has honed my leadership and community-building skills, essential for bringing people together around a common vision. My formal education will provide the intellectual framework to support and validate my teachings, ensuring that they are grounded in both tradition and modern understanding. In envisioning my future profession, I see myself not only as a teacher and guide but also as a catalyst for change. By helping individuals reconnect with their spiritual roots and encouraging communities to embrace sustainable, eco-village living, I hope to make a lasting impact on the world. My career path as a soul navigator and teacher of the old ways is not just a profession; it is a calling to lead others toward a more meaningful, balanced, and harmonious existence. Hope you are having a lovely day. My relationship with the Buddhist faith started when I was eleven years old. I was thirsty for the wisdom of which my teachers nor parents did not preach. Quite often this resulted in heading to the library to check out books which were considered beyond my reading age. It was a typical school day, but as I headed to the non-fiction section, I skimmed the books with a hand until I felt a "spark" of sorts rush through my being. Immediately grabbing the yellow book, I noticed a depiction of a man cross legged, with art quite differently styled than anything I was used to. The book was the life story of Siddhartha Gautama. I consumed the book in only a few days. And it broke my heart. My suspicions of why the adults around me were constantly lying about the state of their life, and why so much suffering and violence was around needed to be answered for my soul. This book answered 'everything', metaphorically setting me to understand the human condition. It was only a couple of years since 9/11 had occurred. In effect, with the new knowledge of Buddhism and understanding the human condition and why so many try to escape their own lives without ever awakening, I took a vow that I would do whatever it takes to make the most amount of change. I didn't know how. I didn't care how, but I knew I was going to do it. Since then, my path has taken many hard turns, but primarily, my karma allowed me to live a solitary life, studying the medicines of all the sciences and faiths, learning just how we can create a beautiful world for all. And the underlying answer has always led me to the same conclusion as Siddhartha; it is the awakening of consciousness as the fundamental axiom of existence. A revolution of consciousness is the core ingredient to elevate humanity's situation. Verily, understanding this, I continued my path, my work, diligently, and mostly unseen from society. Today I have founded a grassroots organization, Save The World Tribe. While it is non-denominational, it offers knowledge and insight into how we can create a revolution of consciousness and thus cocreate a "Heaven on Earth" or a physical "Pure Land", an egalitarian state of abundance for all. Thereby, I often teach of the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, the Eight Worldly Vicissitudes, the difference of karmas, samsara, reincarnation and so forth. And while depending on my audience, I don't always use such terms as Dukkha, Samudaya, Nirodha, Magga, Sunyata, Prajnaparamita, the Three Sacred Jewels, etcetera, I do my best to relate these teachings according to the lexicons of those among my sangha. In essence, Buddhism has changed my entire life. Siddhartha reached out to me through thousands of years by way of a book as to help me bring joy, peace, and beauty to this world. Now as a bodhisattva, I freely am able to teach others that we are capable, and responsible, of working with our suffering unto liberation, unto nirvana, and byway come to live our best lives. My intention as I graduate is to publish my writings in tandem with building a culture enmixed with the awakening of consciousness and how to live self-sufficiently in eco-villages that draw out the best of us, and provide us with the necessary community, resources, and spirituality to sustain us all, and inspire us to dream bigger, say YES to ourselves, and once again become cocreators. Thank you for this opportunity.

Overcoming the Challenges of POTS: A Personal Journey Living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) has presented me with numerous challenges, especially as someone who has always prided myself on being athletic and health-conscious. For most of my life, I considered myself strong and capable, someone who could push through physical demands with ease. I was passionate about maintaining my health, dedicating time to exercise, proper nutrition, and mental well-being. However, the onset of POTS changed everything and introduced a series of obstacles that tested my strength in ways I never imagined. POTS is a condition that affects the body’s ability to regulate blood flow, causing an abnormally high heart rate when standing. The condition often leads to symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, and fainting, making even everyday activities feel overwhelming. For someone who had always been active, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I went from being able to run, hike, and stay on top of my physical goals, to struggling to stand for prolonged periods without feeling faint or overwhelmingly fatigued. One of the most challenging aspects of POTS is the constant fatigue. Despite how much I rest or how well I take care of myself, my body seems to drain of energy much faster than before. This fatigue is not like regular tiredness; it is a deep, unrelenting exhaustion that can make even getting out of bed feel like an insurmountable task. The condition’s unpredictable nature means that I never quite know how I will feel on any given day, which has made planning and pursuing long-term goals difficult. Stamina has become a distant memory. Where I once prided myself on endurance, I now have to constantly monitor how much energy I expend in any given situation. Simple tasks like walking up the stairs, standing for too long, or carrying groceries can leave me drained. This physical limitation has been both physically and mentally demotivating. As someone who has always believed in the power of perseverance, it is challenging to come to terms with the idea that no amount of willpower can change the limitations imposed by my body. Perhaps the hardest part of living with POTS is the mental battle. It’s one thing to endure the physical symptoms, but it’s another to stay motivated when your body is not responding as it should. There have been many moments where I’ve felt defeated, questioning whether I would ever be able to return to the level of health and activity that I once knew. The frustration of trying to push through my limitations often clashes with the reality of what my body can handle, leading to emotional setbacks. However, despite these challenges, I have learned to adapt. While I may not be able to perform at the same physical level as before, I’ve found other ways to stay healthy and active within my body’s limitations. Yoga, meditation, and low-impact exercises have become key components of my routine, allowing me to maintain some level of fitness and mental clarity. I’ve also learned to pace myself, giving my body the rest it needs without feeling guilty for not being as active as I once was. In pursuing my education and future career, I plan to use the resilience and adaptability I’ve gained from living with POTS. My experience has taught me the value of patience, perseverance, and finding strength in unexpected places. Though this condition has placed many obstacles in my path, it has also given me the tools to overcome them, and I am determined to use those tools to make a positive impact in my life and others.

Supporting Mental Health and Building a Better Future Mental health has always been a priority in my life, not just for myself but for those around me. This commitment led me to found Save The World Tribe, a grassroots movement aimed at promoting emotional and spiritual well-being. Through this initiative, I created the #YES2U movement, which encourages individuals to take control of their lives by prioritizing their mental health and self-worth. By fostering an empowering community, I’ve helped people embrace their emotional journeys, offering them tools to navigate mental health struggles and build resilience. Alongside these efforts, I am currently working to spread eco-village culture, which emphasizes sustainable living and mental health. My goal is to create a community that supports emotional healing through connection with nature and shared support systems. By living in harmony with the earth, people can nurture their mental health and rediscover a sense of balance and well-being. The eco-village concept is built on the belief that a strong, supportive environment plays a crucial role in emotional recovery and growth. To deepen my ability to help others, I am pursuing a degree in psychology with the goal of becoming a therapist. My education will equip me with the professional tools needed to offer emotional support on a deeper level. I plan to integrate these skills into my work with Save The World Tribe and the eco-village project, offering holistic therapy that blends mental health practices with sustainable living principles. Through these initiatives, my ultimate goal is to create spaces where individuals can not only heal from their emotional struggles but thrive in environments that foster growth and resilience. By combining psychological expertise with community-driven projects, I will continue to support others in their mental health journeys and contribute to a healthier, more connected world. Thank you for the opportunity.

My Journey Towards a Better Future My goals for the future revolve around making a positive impact on the world by building sustainable communities, creating innovative educational platforms, and empowering others to pursue their own paths of personal growth. I am deeply committed to the Save The World Tribe (STWT), a grassroots non-profit I founded and the accompanying #YES2U philosophy, which are at the core of everything I do. Through these initiatives, I aim to help others embrace their potential while fostering environmental sustainability and social equity. Specifically, I am working towards the creation of an eco-village that integrates these ideals, promoting a harmonious way of living that blends community, nature, and conscious development. One of my major ongoing projects is the magazine I am writing for STWT. This digital publication not only highlights the importance of sustainability and self-empowerment but also offer practical advice on how to start and sustain eco-villages. Additionally, I am developing new academic fields to address the evolving needs of our society, focusing on holistic education that bridges gaps in current systems. My goal is to inspire individuals to make informed, positive changes in their lives and the world around them. However, the road to achieving these dreams has not been easy. I grew up in a challenging family environment where support was limited. Financial hardships and emotional struggles often made it difficult to maintain focus on my goals. Furthermore, living in a rural area with limited opportunities has posed significant barriers. Access to higher education, mentors, and professional networks has been scarce. Nevertheless, these hardships have fueled my determination to succeed. I have learned to work independently, think creatively, and adapt to circumstances to continue pushing towards my vision. In spite of these challenges, I have worked tirelessly to bring my goals to life. I have spent countless hours researching sustainable living, environmental science, and social development to ensure that my eco-village and academic projects are well-founded and impactful. I have collaborated with like-minded individuals who share the vision of the #YES2U movement, striving to build a supportive network that fosters growth and empowerment. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Pursuing a college education will not be without its own set of challenges. As someone coming from a modest background, I will need to overcome financial limitations, navigate unfamiliar academic systems, and continue balancing my projects with my studies. However, I am committed to this journey because I believe that a higher education will provide me with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to bring my vision to fruition. I am determined to use my education as a tool to help others, build sustainable communities, and create a more equitable world. In conclusion, my goals are deeply rooted in the principles of sustainability, empowerment, and social progress. Despite the hardships I have faced, I remain dedicated to my mission. With the support of this scholarship, I will continue my work towards creating a brighter, more sustainable future for all. Thank you for the opportunity.

The Importance of Mental Health and My Journey as an Advocate Mental health is more than just a concept to me; it has been a defining aspect of my personal journey and continues to shape my goals as a student and advocate. Over the years, I have dealt with long-term depression, chronic generalized anxiety, and the debilitating effects of depersonalization-derealization disorder (DPDR). These struggles were often overwhelming, pulling me into a cycle of emotional and physical pain. However, through deep introspection, spiritual awakening, and a commitment to personal growth, I have emerged stronger than ever before. My experiences have led me not only to advocate for mental health but also to take concrete steps toward creating solutions to support others on their mental health journeys. For many years, depression and anxiety were constant companions. Depression dulled my sense of purpose, making even the simplest tasks feel monumental. My generalized anxiety, on the other hand, manifested in both emotional distress and chronic physical pain, further complicating daily life. These feelings of being trapped in my own body were exacerbated by DPDR, which caused me to feel disconnected from myself and the world around me. It was as though I was floating through life in a fog, struggling to grasp reality, and unable to connect with my emotions or surroundings. The toll these challenges took on my sense of self-worth and self-love was immense. I often felt powerless, caught in a wave of rage fueled by the pain of watching society seemingly tear itself apart. However, my life began to shift when I embarked on a journey of spiritual awakening. This process helped me reconnect with myself and address the underlying causes of my emotional turmoil. I began to heal, and as I worked through my mental health struggles, my physical health also improved. Today, I am healthier—mentally and physically—than ever before. This transformation ignited a passion in me to help others navigate their own mental health struggles. To this end, I founded Save The World Tribe, a grassroots organization aimed at fostering personal empowerment, sustainability, and community support. But my advocacy doesn't stop there. I am also working toward creating an integrative eco-village retreat and wellness center, a space where individuals can come to heal holistically—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This vision combines sustainable living with mental health support, offering a sanctuary where people can reconnect with nature and themselves. It’s a project close to my heart, and one of the reasons I am pursuing related studies. I believe that mental health care should be comprehensive, and my goal is to create a space where people can experience that. The eco-village retreat I am working toward will offer a range of therapies, workshops, and support systems to help individuals regain balance in their lives. The natural environment will play a key role in the healing process, providing an ideal setting for mental clarity and emotional growth. I see this project as a long-term solution to some of the most pressing mental health issues we face today, combining modern psychological knowledge with ancient wisdom and holistic practices. As someone who has faced the depths of mental health struggles and emerged with a renewed sense of purpose, I am committed to advocating for others. Through Save The World Tribe and my studies in psychology, I aim to create spaces and opportunities where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive. Mental health is not a solitary journey; it requires community, understanding, and a nurturing environment. By focusing on these values, I hope to make a lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most.

Creating Change and Paying It Forward The desire to make a significant change in my life comes from a deep-rooted need to break free from a difficult past and forge a path toward purpose and positive impact. For many years, I struggled with poverty, and during that time, I made choices that I am not proud of, including selling weed to survive. While those experiences shaped me, they are not who I am today. I realized that I had the power to create a better future not only for myself but also for my community. That realization led me to focus on my passion for helping others, especially through sustainable living, spiritual growth, and mental health advocacy. This shift in my perspective is what drives my current journey with Save The World Tribe, the #YES2U movement, and the creation of an eco-village lifestyle that promotes healing and connection to the Earth. The steps I’ve taken so far have been transformative. I founded Save The World Tribe, a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and creating sustainable communities through holistic practices and eco-village living. My work with Save The World Tribe is designed to encourage personal and collective growth by combining spiritual guidance, sustainable living, and mental health advocacy. We are working toward creating eco-villages where people can live in harmony with nature, embrace self-sufficiency, and focus on both personal and community well-being. Through the #YES2U movement, I’ve been pushing the message of self-empowerment and the importance of saying “yes” to your dreams, passions, and personal growth. The movement has become a platform for people to reclaim their power and take steps toward living more fulfilling lives. In conjunction with that, I’ve started #YES2U magazine, a space for individuals to share their stories, learn about sustainable living, and find inspiration for mental, spiritual, and physical health. These efforts are all about creating positive change not just for myself, but for anyone seeking a way out of the struggles that life often presents. Receiving this scholarship would be an incredible opportunity for me. It would provide the financial stability needed to further my education, particularly in psychology and sustainable development, which are crucial for expanding the impact of my work. With this scholarship, I will be able to deepen my understanding of mental health and eco-friendly living practices, which will directly benefit Save The World Tribe and the communities we aim to create. Education is a key piece of the puzzle that will allow me to elevate the work I’m doing and help me refine the tools and strategies necessary to build sustainable, nurturing environments where people can heal and grow. In terms of paying it forward, I already see my life’s purpose as rooted in giving back. Through Save The World Tribe, I plan to continue empowering others, helping them overcome their own struggles and find meaning in their lives. Whether it’s through community-building in eco-villages, offering mental health support, or guiding people on their spiritual journeys, I am committed to making a difference. As I continue to grow, I want to help others transform their lives, just as I have been fortunate enough to transform mine. This scholarship will not only help me, but will ripple outward, allowing me to positively affect even more people on their own journeys of change and growth. Thank you for the opportunity.

My Journey Through Depression and the Path to Recovery My life has been shaped by a series of challenges, many of which stemmed from mental health struggles. From an early age, I dealt with depression, anxiety, and depersonalization-derealization disorder (DPDR), making life feel like an uphill battle. The constant emotional pain was compounded by a difficult family life, financial hardships, and the feeling of being misunderstood by those around me. For years, I felt as though I was drowning, unable to connect with myself or the world in a meaningful way. Depression affected every aspect of my life. It wasn’t just about feeling sad—it was a deep, pervasive sense of emptiness that robbed me of my sense of purpose. I felt isolated and alone, and the weight of depression often made even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming. Anxiety further complicated my experience, manifesting not only as emotional distress but also in physical pain. My body became a constant source of discomfort, as if it was rejecting the life I was trying to live. The added complication of DPDR made me feel disconnected from myself and my surroundings, as though I was floating through life, unable to ground myself in reality. In the midst of these struggles, I sought ways to manage the overwhelming pain. I turned to cannabis and kratom, not as an escape, but as tools to help me regain a sense of interoception—the ability to understand and connect with my body's internal signals. These substances allowed me to dull the sharp edges of my physical and emotional pain, giving me the space I needed to begin my recovery. With cannabis, I was able to quiet my racing mind and reconnect with my emotions. Kratom, on the other hand, helped alleviate the chronic pain that had become a constant burden, making it possible for me to start taking small steps toward healing. The road to recovery has been long and fraught with hurdles. Growing up in a rough family environment added to my mental health struggles. We were poor, and I often felt misunderstood by those closest to me. My mental health issues were not well received or supported, leaving me to navigate much of my journey alone. I had to fight for every bit of progress I made, relying on my own resilience and determination to overcome these barriers. Despite the challenges, I now find myself in a place where I am healthier—both mentally and physically—than ever before, and I no longer have to rely on drugs to always manage any flareups. Through my spiritual awakening and a commitment to personal growth, I have emerged from the darkness of depression with a renewed sense of purpose. I am ready to pursue my passions through education, with a particular focus on mental health and psychology. My experiences have given me a unique perspective, one that I hope to use to help others who are struggling with their own mental health challenges. By continuing my education, I aim to build a future where I can advocate for mental health on a larger scale. I want to create spaces where people can heal and grow, just as I have. My journey has shown me that no matter how overwhelming life’s challenges may seem, recovery is possible—and I am ready to turn my passion for mental health into a meaningful career, so I can help others on their path to healing. Thank you for the opportunity.

Unlocking Knowledge with Online Platforms and Tools In today’s digital age, the internet offers a wealth of resources for students to enhance their learning, and I have taken full advantage of these to deepen my understanding of the subjects I am studying. Over the years, I have integrated platforms such as Archiver, Scrivener, AI tools, YouTube, and Telegram into my academic routine, allowing me to not only absorb more information but also apply it with greater creativity and efficiency. One of the most valuable tools I use is Archiver, a powerful tool for managing and organizing large amounts of information. As someone deeply invested in storytelling, philosophy, and the humanities, I often find myself overwhelmed with data from various sources. Archiver helps me store and categorize books, articles, and references, allowing me to easily retrieve them when I need to revisit certain topics. By helping me keep track of a wide range of materials, it has significantly improved my efficiency when conducting research. This organizational clarity enables me to dive deeper into subjects with ease and apply what I learn without the stress of sifting through unorganized notes. Scrivener, my go-to writing tool, has been another game-changer for me. Its versatility allows me to write, plan, and structure essays, stories, and projects in a cohesive manner. What makes Scrivener stand out is its ability to break down large writing projects into manageable sections, making it easier to focus on individual parts without losing sight of the bigger picture. For me, this has been crucial in improving my clarity of thought, helping me refine and communicate complex ideas more effectively. Whether I am working on creative writing or academic papers, Scrivener provides the structure I need to turn abstract concepts into coherent narratives. AI tools, particularly AI writing assistants and generators, have expanded the scope of my creativity. By brainstorming ideas, refining my writing, or even generating outlines, these tools increase my creative output by offering fresh perspectives and ensuring that my work is polished. AI has made it easier for me to approach complex subjects with confidence, knowing that I can rely on these tools to help me explore new angles or clarify my thoughts. Additionally, AI tools often suggest improvements in my language, making my writing more precise and clear. YouTube has been a longstanding educational companion for me. I regularly use it to watch lectures, tutorials, and explainer videos from experts in fields ranging from philosophy to science. What I appreciate most is how YouTube offers a visual and auditory supplement to my reading, providing alternative ways to grasp difficult concepts. Often, seeing a topic explained in different formats or with visuals enhances my understanding and gives me new ways to apply the information. Lastly, Telegram serves as an efficient platform for connecting with study groups, professors, and subject matter experts. The ability to join specialized channels, engage in discussions, and share resources in real-time has significantly enhanced my learning experience. Through Telegram, I can quickly gather feedback and gain insights from others, which often leads to deeper comprehension of the subjects I am exploring. In conclusion, by utilizing platforms like Archiver, Scrivener, AI tools, YouTube, and Telegram, I have significantly increased my learning efficiency, broadened my creative horizons, and sharpened my clarity of thought. These tools have become essential in my academic and creative work, helping me not only understand complex topics but also apply them in a meaningful and innovative way. Thank you for the opportunity.

Building a Sustainable Future Through Save The World Tribe and Eco-Village Living One of my greatest ambitions is to build something that will last—a sustainable, eco-friendly future through my grassroots movement, Save The World Tribe. The goal is not just to build physical structures, but to cultivate a thriving community based on the principles of sustainability, collaboration, and spiritual growth. Through Save The World Tribe, I want to create a network of eco-villages that embody a holistic, self-sufficient lifestyle, where people live in harmony with nature and with each other. At the heart of this vision is the concept of eco-village living. These villages would be self-sustaining communities that prioritize renewable energy, organic farming, and environmentally responsible building practices. By creating spaces where people can grow their own food, harness solar power, and recycle waste, we can dramatically reduce our pollution. More importantly, these villages will foster a sense of community, something that has been lost in today’s fast-paced, individualistic society. Residents will work together, support one another, and share knowledge—building not just physical structures, but meaningful, long-lasting relationships. The #YES2U initiative within Save The World Tribe is a rallying call for personal empowerment and positive action. It encourages individuals to say "YES" to themselves and their potential. By embracing their unique talents and passions, people can contribute meaningfully to the community, whether through art, education, or hands-on sustainability projects. This philosophy aligns perfectly with the eco-village model, where each person’s contribution is valued and plays a role in building the future. I believe that building these eco-villages will make a positive impact on both me and my community. Personally, it will allow me to live a life that is aligned with my values of environmental stewardship and social responsibility. It will also provide me with the opportunity to help others realize their potential and contribute to a better world. For the broader community, these villages will serve as examples of sustainable living, inspiring others to adopt more eco-friendly lifestyles. In the long run, I hope that Save The World Tribe and the eco-villages will spark a worldwide movement toward sustainability, showing people that it is possible to live in a way that is both fulfilling and responsible to the Earth. By building this future, we can create a world where individuals thrive, communities grow stronger, and the environment is respected. This is not just a personal goal—it is a commitment to building a better, more sustainable future for everyone. Thank you for the opportunity.
    Learner Math Lover Scholarship
Why I Love Math: The Sacred Geometry of Life Math has always fascinated me, not just for its logical precision but for its ability to reveal the underlying patterns and truths of the universe. My love for math extends beyond the classroom, as I find joy in exploring its deeper connections to life, especially through the lens of sacred geometry. This ancient study of shapes and patterns provides a unique key to understanding the secrets of the cosmos and, by extension, how people function—quite literally. Sacred geometry, with its intricate designs and perfect proportions, opens up a world of understanding that goes beyond the physical. From the spirals of a seashell to the symmetry of a flower, these geometric patterns are everywhere, reflecting the order and beauty of the natural world. To me, math is the language through which the universe expresses itself, and sacred geometry is a dialect that speaks directly to the heart of existence. When I study these geometric patterns, I’m not just memorizing formulas; I’m connecting with something much larger. Each shape and ratio tells a story about the structure of reality, the balance of nature, and the harmony within all things. It’s as if math provides a blueprint for life, revealing the interconnectedness of everything around us. But math isn't just about the cosmos; it’s also about understanding ourselves and others. By exploring the functions (pun intended!) that govern our world, I gain insights into how people interact, grow, and change. Just as mathematical functions map out relationships between variables, so too can they help us understand the complexities of human behavior and society. In conclusion, my love for math stems from its power to unlock the mysteries of the universe through sacred geometry and its capacity to help us understand the world and ourselves. Math, in all its forms, is a constant reminder of the beauty, order, and connection that exists within all things. Thank you for the opportunity!
    Pushing Our Scholars Forward
Pursuing a Vision for a Better World: My Journey in Higher Education Enrolling in my current program was not a decision made lightly; it was a choice driven by a deep-seated passion for creating a better world. My journey in higher education is rooted in my commitment to sustainability, community building, and spiritual growth, all of which come together in my vision for Save The World Tribe, the grassroots non-profit I founded. This initiative is centered around the creation of eco-villages—self-sufficient communities that embody sustainable living and foster a deep connection with nature. By pursuing my education, I aim to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to turn this vision into a reality, ultimately benefiting society in profound ways. One of the primary reasons I enrolled in my current program is its focus on sustainability, environmental science, and community development. I recognized that in order to effectively build and lead eco-villages, I needed a strong foundation in these areas. My program offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers everything from sustainable agriculture and renewable energy to social dynamics and leadership. Each course I take brings me closer to understanding the complexities of creating self-sufficient communities that are in harmony with the environment. My goal is to use this knowledge to design and implement eco-villages that serve as living examples of how humans can coexist peacefully with the earth. These communities will not only reduce the environmental impact of modern living but also promote a new cultural paradigm that values sustainability, spirituality, and communal support. By creating spaces where people can live in harmony with nature and each other, I hope to inspire a broader societal shift towards more sustainable and compassionate ways of life. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have been working as a server to support myself through college. Balancing work and studies has been challenging, but it has also been a valuable learning experience. Working while being a college student has taught me the importance of time management, discipline, and perseverance. It has forced me to prioritize my responsibilities and make the most of the time I have available. Despite the long hours and physical demands of the job, I have remained committed to my studies, driven by the knowledge that the education I am receiving is crucial to achieving my goals. Moreover, working as a server has given me a deeper appreciation for the value of hard work and the importance of community. In many ways, the experience has reinforced my belief in the necessity of creating supportive environments where people can thrive. The restaurant industry, like many others, can be demanding and stressful, but it also relies heavily on teamwork and cooperation. These are the very principles I seek to instill in the eco-villages I plan to build—places where individuals support one another and work together towards common goals. In conclusion, my enrollment in my current program is driven by a desire to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to create sustainable communities through Save The World Tribe. The education I am receiving will enable me to design and implement eco-villages that promote environmental sustainability, spiritual growth, and communal living. Working as a server while being a college student has been challenging, but it has also taught me valuable lessons in perseverance, time management, and the importance of community. I am confident that the combination of my academic knowledge and real-world experience will empower me to make a positive impact on society, helping to build a more sustainable and compassionate world for future generations. Thank you for the opportunity.

Overcoming Challenges to Pursue a Life of Purpose Hope you are having a lovely day. My name is Brandon Badgley. I have dedicated my life to exploring the depths of human experience through psychology, philosophy, storytelling, and the pursuit of personal growth. As a philosopher, Soul Navigator, and author, my passion lies in bringing stories to life—stories that inspire, challenge, and ultimately, bring about positive change in the world. I’m also an audio talent, martial artist, nature lover, and a self-proclaimed Dungeons & Dragons geek, which speaks to my love for adventure and creativity. The path I’ve chosen intertwines intellectual exploration with a deep commitment to helping others discover their potential. However, my journey has not been without its challenges. I have lived with depersonalization-derealization disorder (DPDR) and intense generalized anxiety, conditions that profoundly shaped my life and career goals. For years, these disorders crippled me, causing pain that I would not wish on my worst enemy. The distortion of my senses, overwhelming—I could hardly taste food, sensations of touch and pleasure were drastically reduced, and I often felt as though I was constantly drowning in a sea of inflammation. These experiences were debilitating, leading me to drop out of school, as I could not focus on my studies while battling the overwhelming symptoms of my condition. Living with DPDR and anxiety felt like being trapped in a body that was disconnected from the world. The simple pleasures of life were dulled, and the mental anguish was indescribable. My days were often filled with a sense of disorientation and detachment, making it difficult to connect with others or find joy in the things I once loved. The world felt unreal, and I was constantly struggling to keep my head above water. Despite these challenges, I refused to give up. Through years of dedication to self-care, therapy, and personal growth, I managed to reduce my symptoms, regaining a sense of normalcy in my life. This journey of healing has been incredibly difficult, but it has also given me a deeper understanding of the human experience and a profound empathy for others who struggle with health issues. Now that I have worked through much of the pain, having found ways to manage my symptoms, I'm more determined than ever to give back. My experiences have fueled my desire to help others who are navigating their own challenges, and I believe that my work as a Soul Navigator is the perfect avenue for this. By guiding individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and spiritual growth, I can help them connect with their inner selves and find their true purpose, just as I have done. Receiving this scholarship would be an incredible blessing, as it would provide me with the financial support necessary to continue my education without the added burden of financial stress. It would allow me to focus more fully on my studies and the development of my skills, which in turn would enhance my ability to contribute to the lives of others. I am passionate about philosophy, psychology, and the humanities, and I'm eager to dive deeper into these fields to better serve my community and the world. In conclusion, my disability shaped me into a person who is deeply committed to helping others. It has given me a unique perspective on the struggles that many people face, and it has fueled my desire to make a positive impact in the world. With the support of this scholarship, I am confident that I can continue on this path and fulfill my dream of making a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for the opportunity.
Vegan Teens Are The Future Scholarship
My Journey to Veganism: A Path of Compassion, Health, and Cultural Transformation My decision to become vegan was the result of a deep and evolving spiritual journey, one that led me to prioritize compassion and a desire to reduce suffering in all forms. For the past five years, veganism has been a central part of my life, shaping not only my personal choices but also my broader vision for a more compassionate and sustainable world. This path is intimately connected to my upbringing on a small farm, where I developed a profound connection with animals. Growing up surrounded by livestock, I came to understand animals as sentient beings with their own emotions and desires, deserving of respect and kindness. This early bond with animals laid the foundation for my later decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle. My spiritual journey has been deeply intertwined with my commitment to reducing suffering. As I delved deeper into practices of mindfulness and self-awareness, I realized that my actions and choices have a direct impact on the world around me. This realization led me to examine the ways in which my diet and lifestyle choices contribute to the suffering of animals, the degradation of the environment, and the overall health of my body. Transitioning to a vegan diet was a natural step in aligning my actions with my values, allowing me to live more harmoniously with my beliefs. In addition to my ethical motivations, adopting a vegan diet has been instrumental in improving my health. I have struggled with inflammation and other health issues, and I found that eliminating animal products from my diet significantly reduced my symptoms. The physical benefits of veganism reinforced my commitment to this lifestyle, as I have experienced firsthand the healing power of plant-based nutrition. Looking to the future, I'm determined to use my education and experiences to grow the vegan movement and promote a cultural shift toward more compassionate and sustainable living. One of my key goals is to build a cultural movement centered around eco-village lifestyle living. These self-sufficient communities prioritize sustainability, ethical living, and the reduction of harm to animals and the environment. By fostering a way of life that is in harmony with nature, I hope to create spaces where people can live in alignment with their values, free from the need to exploit animals. Eco-villages offer a practical and scalable model for sustainable living, one that can inspire broader societal change. In these communities, plant-based diets would be the norm, supported by local, organic farming practices that minimize environmental impact. By reducing the reliance on industrial agriculture, which often involves the exploitation of animals and the destruction of ecosystems, eco-villages can serve as a blueprint for a more sustainable and ethical future. In addition to creating these communities, I plan to use my platform as a Soul Navigator to educate others about the benefits of veganism and the importance of living in harmony with nature. Through workshops, writings, and community-building efforts, I aim to inspire others to make compassionate choices that contribute to a more just and sustainable world. In conclusion, my journey to veganism has been driven by a desire to reduce suffering, improve my health, and live in alignment with my spiritual values. Looking ahead, I am dedicated to promoting the vegan movement by building eco-villages and educating others about the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. Through these efforts, I hope to contribute to a cultural transformation that embraces compassion, sustainability, and respect for all living beings. Thank you for the opportunity.

Cultivating Change: My Journey from Farming to Save The World Tribe Hope you are doing well today. My name is Brandon Badgley, and my life’s journey has been a tapestry woven with threads of philosophy, spirituality, and a deep connection to the natural world. Growing up on a small farm, surrounded by the rhythms of nature and the responsibilities of tending to the land, profoundly shaped my outlook on life. This early experience instilled in me a deep respect for the earth and its creatures, and it is this foundation that has driven me to dedicate my life to creating a more sustainable and compassionate world. Through my grassroots nonprofit, Save The World Tribe, I am committed to making a positive impact on the world by fostering eco-village living, promoting spiritual growth, and encouraging others to live in harmony with nature. My involvement in agriculture and farming has been more than just a childhood memory; it has been a guiding force in my life. Growing up on a farm, I learned the importance of hard work, patience, and the delicate balance required to nurture life. I developed a deep connection with animals, understanding their roles not just as livestock but as sentient beings deserving of respect and care. This relationship with the land and its creatures has greatly influenced my philosophy and the values I hold dear. As I grew older, I realized that the principles I learned on the farm could be applied on a larger scale to address the pressing environmental and social issues of our time. This realization led to the creation of Save The World Tribe, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching about sustainable communities and promoting a new cultural paradigm centered around eco-village living. The philosophy behind Save The World Tribe is deeply rooted in the lessons I learned on the farm—respect for the earth, the importance of community, and the belief that we are all interconnected. Through Save The World Tribe, I aim to create eco-villages that are self-sufficient, sustainable, and spiritually enriching. These communities will serve as living examples of how we can live in harmony with nature while also fostering personal growth and connection with others. By promoting eco-village life, I hope to inspire a broader cultural shift toward sustainability and spiritual awareness, encouraging people to live more mindfully and compassionately. In addition to building eco-villages, I plan to use my skills as a writer, philosopher, and Soul Navigator to educate and inspire others. I believe that through storytelling, we can touch hearts and minds, encouraging people to reflect on their values and make positive changes in their lives. My books and teachings are designed to challenge, inspire, and ultimately bring about a more compassionate and sustainable world. By sharing the lessons I’ve learned from my own journey, I hope to empower others to embark on their own paths of self-discovery and environmental stewardship. In conclusion, my background in agriculture and farming has had a profound impact on my life, shaping my values and inspiring my future endeavors. Through Save The World Tribe and my work as a writer and philosopher, I am committed to making a positive impact on the world by promoting sustainable living, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection with nature. I believe that by fostering communities that embody these principles, we can create a more compassionate and sustainable future for all. Thank you for the opportunity.

My Journey as a Soul Navigator and Teacher of the Old Ways. My desired career path as a soul navigator and teacher of the old ways is one that merges my deep spiritual calling with a commitment to preserving and revitalizing ancient wisdom. The Question That Could Have Changed Everything Reflecting on my childhood, there is one question I wish I had been asked by my parents, teachers, or other influential adults: "What is your dream in life? And how do you want to achieve it?" The absence of this question had a profound impact on my development, shaping a path filled with confusion, hardship, and a lingering sense of inadequacy. Without the encouragement to explore my dreams and aspirations, I often felt lost and unsure of my place in the world. When I did muster the courage to open my heart and share my hopes, the world seemed to send venom back, leaving me disheartened and questioning my worth. Growing up, I was seldom encouraged to reflect on my passions or consider what I truly wanted to achieve in life. This lack of guidance led to a sense of frustration, as I struggled to find warmly pursue my purpose. Without the foundational support of understanding my own dreams, I found myself drifting through life, often conforming to the expectations of others rather than pursuing what truly mattered to me. This lack of direction left me vulnerable to the harsh realities of the world, which at times felt like it was crushing my spirit rather than nurturing it. However, my life took a significant turn when I encountered the story of Buddha. Reading about Siddhartha Gautama's journey from a sheltered prince to an enlightened spiritual leader was a revelation. His quest to understand the nature of suffering and his determination to find inner peace resonated deeply with me. In Buddha’s story, I found a reflection of my own struggles—a search for meaning and purpose in a world that often seemed indifferent to my aspirations. His teachings on mindfulness, compassion, and the pursuit of a higher purpose became a guiding light in my life. This newfound spiritual insight inspired me to reconsider the direction of my life and the goals I wanted to pursue. I realized that my true passion lay in helping others find their own paths to fulfillment and self-discovery. This led to the eventual creation of Save The World Tribe, an initiative dedicated to fostering connections among individuals who share a vision of a sustainable and spiritually rich future. My dream is to build eco-villages—self-sufficient communities that emphasize sustainability, spirituality, and a deep connection with nature. In these communities, people can live in harmony with the earth and each other, pursuing their dreams in a supportive and nurturing environment. Today, I make it a point to ask others, even strangers, the questions I wish I had been asked as a child: "What is your dream in life? And how do you want to achieve it?" I believe that these questions are crucial for personal growth and fulfillment. By encouraging others to reflect on their dreams and aspirations, I hope to create a ripple effect of self-awareness and purpose that can transform lives and communities. In conclusion, the absence of the question, "What is your dream in life? And how do you want to achieve it?" left me navigating a path filled with uncertainty and self-doubt. But through the teachings of Buddha and the creation of Save The World Tribe, I found my purpose. I'm committed to building a world where people are encouraged to pursue their dreams and live in harmony with the world. By asking the right questions, we can inspire each other to achieve our highest potential and create a more compassionate and sustainable future.

The Power of Books: Shaping My Goals Through the Wisdom of Words Hope you are doing well today. Books have always been a cornerstone of my personal and intellectual development. Through the pages of countless texts, I have explored a wide array of topics, each offering new insights that have significantly influenced my goals and aspirations. While I have read extensively in non-fiction—covering subjects such as psychology, philosophy, history, and science—it was the story of Buddha’s life that had the most profound impact on me, deeply shaping my understanding of the world and my place within it. My journey through non-fiction has taught me the value of knowledge in understanding the complexities of the world around us. This understanding has not only helped me navigate my own experiences but has also fueled my passion for guiding others on their paths to self-discovery. These readings have underscored the power of knowledge as a tool for personal empowerment, directly shaping my goal of becoming a Soul Navigator—a guide for others in their pursuit of inner truth and purpose. Philosophy has played a crucial role in teaching me to think critically and to question the assumptions that underpin our world. The philosophical texts I’ve read have encouraged me to embrace uncertainty, seek wisdom, and live a life guided by ethical principles. These lessons have reinforced my commitment to a life of purpose, inspiring me to share the knowledge I’ve gained with others. This desire to help others navigate the complexities of life has become a central goal in my journey. One of the most transformative books I’ve encountered is the story of Buddha’s life. Reading about Siddhartha Gautama’s journey—from a sheltered prince to an enlightened spiritual leader—resonated deeply with my own struggles and aspirations. Buddha’s quest to understand the nature of suffering and his dedication to finding a path to inner peace mirrored my personal experiences. His teachings on mindfulness, compassion, and the pursuit of a deeper purpose have profoundly influenced my goals. This story clarified my own path, helping me realize that my purpose is not only to seek personal growth but also to assist others in their journeys toward enlightenment and fulfillment. Buddha’s life story has been a guiding force in shaping my vision for building Save The World Tribe, a community dedicated to connecting individuals who share a commitment to a sustainable and spiritually enriched future.

The Perfect Ending to The Bear: A Journey of Growth and Redemption The Bea* is a show that has captivated audiences with its raw portrayal of the pressures of the culinary world, coupled with deeply personal narratives. The series, centered around Carmy Berzatto's return to his family’s sandwich shop, has been a rollercoaster of emotions, highlighting themes of grief, redemption, and the pursuit of excellence. As the series continues to unfold, I envision a perfect ending that balances closure with the enduring sense of hope that has come to define the show. In the ideal finale of The Bear, Carmy finally finds peace with his past and his place in the culinary world. Throughout the series, we've seen Carmy struggle with the immense pressure of living up to his reputation as a top chef while also grappling with the loss of his brother. The perfect ending would see Carmy successfully transform The Original Beef into a thriving, Michelin-starred restaurant, not just as a tribute to his brother, but as a testament to his own growth. By the end, Carmy realizes that while perfection in the kitchen is something to strive for, it’s the people around him—his makeshift family at the restaurant—that truly matter. He finds a way to balance his passion for cooking with a healthier work-life balance, symbolizing his journey towards self-acceptance and healing. For Sydney, the ambitious sous chef with dreams of greatness, the series should end with her stepping out from under Carmy’s shadow to open her own restaurant. Sydney’s arc has been one of learning, not just the technical skills of running a kitchen, but also the leadership and resilience required to build something from the ground up. In the final episode, Sydney would announce her plans to start a new venture, with Carmy’s blessing and support. This would be a powerful moment, signifying her evolution from a talented apprentice to a confident, independent chef who is ready to make her own mark on the culinary world. Richie, the brash yet loyal cousin, has been a character filled with complexity and often overlooked potential. The perfect ending for Richie would involve him finally finding his place within the restaurant, not just as Carmy’s right-hand man, but as someone who has matured and grown. Richie’s journey would culminate in him taking on more responsibility, perhaps managing the business side of the restaurant, showing that he’s capable of much more than he initially believed. Finally, I envision Marcus, the passionate pastry chef, realizing his dream of becoming a renowned dessert chef. Marcus’s dedication to his craft has been one of the show’s most heartwarming elements, and the perfect ending would see him create a signature dessert that gains widespread acclaim. He would stay with The Original Beef, but with the added satisfaction of knowing his creations are a key part of the restaurant’s success. In this perfect ending, The Bear would conclude not with dramatic twists, but with the characters finding their paths and achieving personal growth. The restaurant would symbolize more than just a business—it would be a place of healing, creativity, and new beginnings. Each character would end up where they belong, having overcome their personal struggles, and ready to face the future with confidence and hope. This ending would honor the spirit of the show, leaving viewers with a sense of closure and a reminder of the power of resilience and community. Thank you for the opportunity.

Connections Puzzle: Contemporary Philosophers and Their Philosophies In this puzzle, I’ve created a 4x4 grid of sixteen words that represent four contemporary philosophers and key concepts or philosophies associated with each of them. The challenge is to group the words into four categories, each representing a philosopher and their related ideas. The Grid: 1. Derrida 2. Deconstruction 3. Logocentrism 4. Trace 5. Foucault 6. Power 7. Discourse 8. Biopolitics 9. Butler 10. Performativit 11. Gender 12. Subversion 13. Žižek 14. Ideology 15. Psychoanalysis 16. Lacan The Groupings: 1. Jacques Derrida and Deconstruction: - Derrida - Deconstruction - Logocentrism - Trace Reasoning: Jacques Derrida is known for his philosophy of Deconstruction, which involves analyzing texts to reveal inherent contradictions. "Logocentrism" is a critique of the traditional Western emphasis on logic and reason as central to meaning. "Trace" refers to the idea that meaning in language is always deferred, never fully present, which is central to Derrida's thought. 2. Michel Foucault and Power/Knowledge: - Foucault - Power - Discourse - Biopolitics Reasoning: Michel Foucault’s work revolves around the relationship between power and knowledge. "Power" and "Discourse" are central to his analysis of societal structures, as he explores how power is exercised through language and institutional practices. "Biopolitics" refers to the governance of populations, another key concept in Foucault's later work. 3. Judith Butler and Gender Theory; - Butler** - Performativity - Gender - Subversion Reasoning: Judith Butler is a prominent figure in gender theory, particularly known for her concept of "Performativity," which suggests that gender is constructed through repeated actions rather than being innate. "Gender" and "Subversion" relate to her ideas about challenging and destabilizing traditional gender norms. 4. Slavoj Žižek and Ideology: - Žižek - Ideology - Psychoanalysis - Lacan **Reasoning**: Slavoj Žižek is a contemporary philosopher known for his work on ideology and his integration of psychoanalytic theory, particularly the ideas of Jacques Lacan. "Ideology" is a central theme in Žižek's analysis of culture and politics, while "Psychoanalysis" and "Lacan" reflect the foundation of his theoretical approach. Conclusion: This Connections puzzle reflects the complexity and interrelation of contemporary philosophical ideas. Each group represents a philosopher and the core concepts they have contributed to modern thought. Through this exercise, I’ve aimed to highlight how philosophical concepts are interconnected, offering a challenging yet rewarding way to explore contemporary philosophy. Thank you for the opportunity.

Addressing Biosphere Toxicity Through Solarpunk Eco-Villages One of the most urgent environmental challenges we face today is biosphere toxicity. This issue, which includes the contamination of air, water, and soil, threatens all forms of life on Earth. The accumulation of toxic chemicals, heavy metals, and pollutants is degrading ecosystems, harming human health, and jeopardizing the planet's sustainability. To address this challenge, we need innovative and holistic solutions that go beyond conventional environmental protection. One promising approach is the promotion of eco-village solarpunk living—a lifestyle that emphasizes sustainable practices, renewable energy, and a harmonious relationship with nature. Biosphere toxicity has escalated due to industrial activities, agricultural practices, and widespread use of synthetic chemicals. These pollutants often enter the environment unchecked, leading to ecosystem degradation and loss of biodiversity. For example, pesticides and fertilizers in conventional farming leach into waterways, causing harmful algal blooms and disrupting aquatic life. Similarly, industrial waste contributes to air pollution, posing severe health risks to humans and wildlife alike. If we fail to address biosphere toxicity, it will continue to erode the foundations of life on Earth. To combat this issue, we must adopt a new cultural paradigm focused on sustainable living and environmental stewardship. This is where eco-village solarpunk living comes in. Solarpunk is a forward-thinking movement that envisions a future where society is integrated with nature through clean energy, green architecture, and regenerative practices. Eco-villages, designed as environmentally sustainable communities, bring solarpunk ideals to life. Eco-villages operate on principles of self-sufficiency, community cooperation, and low-impact living. By fostering a culture of eco-village living, we can significantly reduce biosphere toxicity. First, eco-villages prioritize renewable energy sources like solar, wind, and geothermal power, which drastically cut down on harmful emissions compared to fossil fuels. Additionally, these communities often engage in organic farming and permaculture, eliminating the need for toxic pesticides and fertilizers. This not only protects local ecosystems but also promotes healthier food production and soil regeneration. Another crucial aspect of eco-village solarpunk living is the emphasis on closed-loop systems and waste reduction. Eco-villages incorporate composting, recycling, and upcycling into their daily routines, ensuring that waste is minimized and repurposed rather than released into the environment. Expanding these practices on a larger scale can greatly reduce the amount of toxic waste entering our biosphere. Furthermore, eco-villages serve as living examples of how humans can coexist sustainably with nature. By creating and supporting these communities, we can inspire others to adopt similar practices and drive a cultural shift toward sustainability. This shift is essential for addressing biosphere toxicity, as it encourages individuals, businesses, and governments to prioritize environmental health and take concrete actions to reduce their ecological footprints. In conclusion, biosphere toxicity is one of the most pressing environmental challenges we face, and fostering a culture of eco-village solarpunk living offers a viable solution. By promoting sustainable practices, renewable energy, and community cooperation, we can mitigate the harmful effects of pollution on our environment and build a healthier, more sustainable future. I am dedicated to contributing to this cultural shift by advocating for eco-villages, supporting green initiatives, and educating others about the importance of reducing biosphere toxicity. Together, we can create a world where humans and nature thrive in harmony. Thank you for the opportunity.

Since I was a young child, I have always been brazenly kind hearted. This wasn't easy because of the way I perceived life and how sensitive my heart was. Despite being constantly bullied at school and at home by my father, I took a vow that I would do whatever it takes to make the most change in the world. While I was eleven at the time, I was entirely serious about that commitment. Fast forward two decades and now I have founded a grassroots movement, Save The World Tribe. Through my humble organization I have brought together other souls like me, who want to make the world a better place. We wish to help build a "Heaven on Earth", and create a world where everyone can freely chase their dreams. Personally, I've never really had a mentor per se, but I did have an endearing grandmother who taught me how to be kind and have a good time, whether that's through time spent taking me away from the abuse in my household as a child, or later in my 20's when we'd go to a bar or concert and dance together. Honestly, she's always had the energy of a tender loving twenty something year old, even though she's now in her mid sixties. In regards, I work every day to bring more insight, love, and knowledge to the people I care about, and to honor her, alongside my step-mother who worked so hard to put food on the table. Typically, every year not only do I apply myself as an advocate for human rights, offering my skills as a soul navigator, but I regularly grow fruit bearing trees and plants to donate across my county here in Calaveras, California. I intend to help guide the next generation by developing an app that teaches about the hidden lost ancestral wisdom of our elders -the insight that is purposefully kept hidden by the military industrial complex for their own gain. As I create this app, bring in more people from my community, my intention is to build an eco-village styled retreat and wellness center that can provide the funding to further all of my friends and families dreams, while helping teach the world as well. Plainly speaking, I have studied my entire life, mostly outside of the system, so that I can resurrect the lost beauty and brilliance of all of the wonderful scholars and genius'. In doing so, like Confucius did, and what Hegel describes, we may be able to put together the hidden gems of each time period so that a new renaissance may be achieved. I firmly believe that we are on the precipice of a new dawn, one that is whispering for the souls of man to look within, and see the "Kingdom of God" that lays dormant, their sacred jewels which demand to be liberated and exalted. It will be an unexpected revolution of the heart, mind, and soul. One in which I wish to help guide. With this scholarship, I will be one step closer in achieving my dream, to create a world for all where they can achieve their dreams. Thank you for the opportunity.

The Power of Play: Super Smash Bros. Melee and the Lessons of Friendship Growing up, video games were more than just a pastime; they were a way to connect with friends and family, creating memories that have lasted a lifetime. Of all the games I played, none hold a more special place in my heart than Super Smash Bros. Melee. The game’s fast-paced action, diverse character roster, and endless possibilities for multiplayer fun made it the ultimate choice for co-op play. Beyond the sheer entertainment, "Melee" taught me valuable lessons about friendship, teamwork, and healthy competition. My love for Melee began when I was young. I remember the excitement of picking up the GameCube controller, ready to face off against my friends in intense, all-out brawls. The game’s simple yet deep mechanics made it accessible to everyone, yet challenging enough to keep us all coming back for more. We would spend hours mastering our favorite characters, developing strategies, and honing our skills. The game quickly became a staple at every sleepover, birthday party, and casual hangout. One of my most cherished memories of Melee is the time I participated in a local tournament. I was just a kid, but I was determined to show what I had learned from countless hours of practice with my friends. The competition was fierce, with players of all ages vying for the top spot. I’ll never forget the thrill of each match, the adrenaline pumping as I fought my way through the brackets. In the final round, I faced off against a skilled opponent who had dominated the tournament with his Falco. It was a brutal match with 3 stocks to my 1, but I managed to secure the victory, winning my first-ever gaming tournament. The sense of accomplishment was immense, and it was in that moment that I realized the value of dedication, practice, and believing in myself. However, the best moments with Melee were not just about winning tournaments, but about the camaraderie it fostered. One particular memory that solidified the game’s place as my all-time favorite occurred during a regular gaming session with my closest friends. We were playing a team battle, and the energy in the room was electric. At one point, three of us managed to perfectly coordinate a combo against our fourth friend. The timing was flawless, and the result was both hilarious and spectacular. We were laughing so hard that I literally fell out of my chair. It was a moment of pure joy, and it encapsulated everything I love about multiplayer gaming—shared experiences, inside jokes, and the simple pleasure of having fun together. Super Smash Bros. Melee also taught me about healthy competition. While we all wanted to win, the game was never just about victory. It was about challenging each other, improving our skills, and, most importantly, respecting each other as players. We learned to celebrate each other’s successes and accept our defeats with grace. These lessons in sportsmanship extended beyond the game, influencing how we approached challenges in real life. In conclusion, Super Smash Bros. Melee is more than just a game to me—it’s a symbol of friendship, fun, and the lessons learned through play. Whether it was winning my first tournament, sharing laughter with friends, or learning about healthy competition, the game has left a lasting impact on my life. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the best moments in life are those spent with the people we care about, doing something we all love. Thank you.

Challenge Name: "Heartstrings Harmony" In this thrilling new Love Island challenge, "Heartstrings Harmony," the islanders will be put to the ultimate test of connection, communication, and compatibility. This challenge is designed to explore the deeper emotional bonds between the couples, pushing them to synchronize their feelings, thoughts, and actions in a way that reveals the true strength of their relationships. Setup: The villa will be transformed into a vibrant musical haven, with colorful lights, a stage, and a giant LED heart at the center that pulsates with every beat. Each couple will be given wireless headsets, linked to a musical track that represents various emotions—joy, sadness, excitement, and romance. The twist? Only one partner in each couple will hear the music at a time, and it’s up to them to convey the emotion of the music to their partner without using words. The partner not wearing the headset must then guess the emotion and match it with an appropriate dance move, facial expression, or gesture. Gameplay: The challenge will be divided into multiple rounds, each focusing on a different type of music and emotion. For instance, in one round, the track might be a slow, romantic ballad, and the headset-wearing islander must convey the feeling of love and intimacy through touch or subtle gestures. In another round, the music might be upbeat and joyful, requiring the islander to express excitement and happiness through exaggerated movements or playful actions. The other islanders, acting as judges, will rate each couple's synchronization and accuracy on a scale of 1 to 10. Points will be awarded based on how well the non-listening partner interprets and embodies the conveyed emotion. The couple with the highest total score at the end of all rounds will be crowned the winners of "Heartstrings Harmony." Impact: This challenge isn’t just about fun and games; it digs into the core of each relationship. It tests how well the couples understand and respond to each other’s non-verbal cues, revealing the depth of their connection. "Heartstrings Harmony" will undoubtedly lead to moments of laughter, surprise, and even heartfelt revelations, making it a memorable experience for both the islanders and the viewers at home.
    Minecraft Forever Fan Scholarship
The Heart of Minecraft: Building Bonds, One Block at a Time Since the day I first delved into the blocky realms of Minecraft, the game has become more than just a digital escape—it’s been a canvas for boundless creativity, an open-world adventure, and, above all, a bridge to deeper connections with others. For me, Minecraft’s true magic lies not only in its endless landscapes but in the shared experiences that turn each block placed, each structure built, into a story of connection and collaboration. It’s in this spirit that Minecraft has woven itself into the fabric of my life, most profoundly through the time spent with my sister. Over the years, I’ve ventured through countless Minecraft worlds with friends, each journey filled with moments of camaraderie as we constructed grand fortresses, faced the terror of nightfall, and embarked on quests that tested our ingenuity. Yet, these experiences transcended the mere mechanics of the game. Minecraft became a medium through which friendships were not just formed but deepened. The game’s collaborative essence—whether through the shared victory of defeating the Ender Dragon or the simple joy of building a quaint village together—created bonds that would last far beyond the screen. Each block we placed was a testament to our teamwork, each adventure a memory carved into the fabric of our friendship. But of all these memories, the ones I hold most dear are those shared with my younger sister. During a particularly challenging period in her life, when depression cast a shadow over her days, Minecraft became more than just a game for her—it became a refuge. The quiet simplicity of gathering resources, the satisfaction of constructing a home in a virtual world, offered her a sense of peace and achievement that was elusive in the real world. Together, we spent countless hours exploring, building, and laughing, and in those moments, I witnessed how Minecraft helped her navigate through her struggles. The game didn’t just entertain; it healed, offering us a shared space to reconnect and strengthen our bond. Through this pixelated world, we found solace and a renewed closeness, a reminder that even in the darkest times, joy can be found in the simplest acts of creation. This experience with my sister illuminated what I love most about Minecraft: its power to unite. In a world often fractured by distance and disconnection, Minecraft stands as a testament to the strength of shared experiences. Its open-ended nature means that there’s no single path to follow, no right way to play—only the journey you craft with those around you. Whether it’s the intricate designs of a towering castle or the quiet moments spent mining together, the game provides a platform where relationships can flourish, unburdened by the constraints of the outside world. While Minecraft’s endless possibilities are undeniably captivating, it’s the connections forged within its digital landscapes that truly resonate with me. Through Minecraft, I’ve learned that the greatest adventures are not those undertaken alone, but the ones shared with the people we care about most. In every block we place together, there’s a story, a memory, a bond that transforms this simple game into a powerful tool for connection. Ultimately, Minecraft is a reminder that in both virtual and real worlds, it’s the relationships we build that make any journey worthwhile. Thank you for the opportunity.

    LeBron James Fan Scholarship
Why I Am A LeBron James Fan: My Take On His Greatness LeBron James not just as a basketball player but the spirit of excellence, resilience, and versatility on both- court & off. He went from teenage prodigy saddled with outsized demands to arguably the most over-hyped player in NBA history, yet LeBron whenever he has raised his head, always reminds that not only is a great "grandfather," but one of the greatest and ever-modern players. LeBron can do things I have never seen in a basketball player - but there is so much more that makes me personally root for LeBron than just his physical talent. He has a great court vision, explosive athleticism, and probably one of the highest basketball IQs to ever play. That said, what separates Lebron from everyone else is that he doesn't have to score 30+ points night in and out because of the impact on his teammates. Whether it be making the perfect pass to give his team a great look at a bucket or simply taking over if that's what needs to happen that night, nobody has ever understood basketball and their place in it better than LeBron. It goes so much further than numbers, titles, and MVP awards. What makes me a fan of LeBron James is how he conducts himself outside the lines. He is a leader, an inspiration, and social activist. LeBron was the man who talked politics and societal issues, gave back to his community, and inspired generations. Which is not surprising, seeing as his "I PROMISE" School in Akron Ohio paints the perfect picture of all that he does to change lives off of it. Which is why, any time someone has the conversation about whether LeBron James really is, in fact, the true greatest basketball player to have ever lived, I am reminded of what NBA legend Isiah Thomas had said if his own era packed chock-full with also some other all-time great players including Michael Jordan. If pushed, as Thomas suggests, that's all LeBron needs to know for him—his versatility has been what sets James apart from nearly every other player in the league. There is a lot of merit to that—particularly when you take into consideration the length and level at which LeBron has been playing for all these years. The thing that really puts LeBron over the top in my discussion of greatest players ever is how he has changed his game around every way possible and still dominated this new era of basketball. At the end of the day, perhaps more than anything else in basketball, whether you believe LeBron to be GOAT will come down to what exactly you value most. For me, it is the skill he compliments with leadership and impact both on- off-the-court that solidifies his candidacy for this title. While it is extremely difficult to definitively claim that he's the greatest, I would argue there are very few others more complete in all of basketball and on this point alone deserves accolade. Ultimately, it is not just his otherworldly ability but how he carries himself as a human that truly moves the needle for me in regards to being a fan of LeBron James. That debate is up in the air whether he's the GOAT, but there's no argument that LeBron James has been able to etch his name into the game of basketball and forever on end will be one of if not close to greatest we've seen play. Thank you for the opportunity.
    Strong Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship
What Makes Me a Leader Leadership is often misunderstood as merely a position of power or authority. In truth, being a leader is about being brave—having the courage to take action, make decisions, and stand in front when others hesitate. Leadership requires a willingness to make sacrifices, to put the needs of others before your own, and to act swiftly and decisively when the moment calls for it. For me, leadership has always been about action. I believe that true bravery is not the absence of fear, but the ability to move forward despite it. This belief was tested early in my life when my family faced financial difficulties. I realized that if I didn’t step up and take action, we would continue to struggle. So, I made the decision to help provide for my family. I took on multiple jobs, balancing work with my studies, because I knew that my family depended on me. It wasn’t easy, and there were many days when I felt overwhelmed. But I knew that being a leader meant being willing to make sacrifices for the people you care about. This experience taught me that leadership is not about waiting for the perfect moment or the right opportunity; it’s about creating those moments through action. It’s about seeing a need and stepping in to fill it, even when it’s difficult or inconvenient. It’s about being the first to raise your hand, to take that first step, and to guide others through uncertain times. This philosophy of leadership guided me when I founded Save The World Tribe, a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to humanitarian purposes. The idea for Save The World Tribe came from a deep desire to make a difference in the world, to help those who are struggling, and to create a community where people support one another. But I knew that having a good idea wasn’t enough—I had to take action to bring it to life. Starting a non-profit from the ground up was challenging. There are countless obstacles, from securing funding to organizing volunteers, to spreading the word about our mission. But I knew that if I wanted Save The World Tribe to succeed, I had to be the one to lead the charge. I couldn’t wait for someone else to step in; I had to be the one to make things happen. So, I dedicated myself to the cause, putting in long hours, making personal sacrifices, and doing whatever it took to turn my vision into a reality. Through Save The World Tribe, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that leadership can have. We’ve been able to provide select resources, support, and hope to people who need it most. We’ve built a community of individuals who are passionate about making a difference, and we’ve inspired others to take action in their own lives. This experience has reinforced my belief that leadership is about being brave enough to take that first step, and strong enough to keep going, even when the path is difficult. In conclusion, what makes me a leader is my commitment to action. I believe that being a leader means being brave, not in the absence of fear, but in the presence of it. It means being willing to make sacrifices for the greater good and taking swift action when needed. Whether it’s providing for my family or founding Save The World Tribe, I’ve always believed that leadership is about stepping up, taking charge, and making a difference in the world. And that is a philosophy I strive to live by every day. Thank you.

**Overcoming Hardship and Embodying Agape Love in My Life** One of the most challenging moments in my life was the day I had to put down my beloved horse, Mr. Moon. It was an emergency, and the decision had to be made quickly. The weight of that choice—ending the life of a creature that had been such a loyal companion—was nearly unbearable. In the aftermath, I was engulfed in grief, questioning how I could move forward from such a profound loss. In those dark days, I realized that healing would require more than just time. I needed to find a deeper sense of meaning and connection. This led me to explore my spirituality more earnestly than I ever had before. Through meditation, reflection, and the support of a close friend, I began to navigate my way out of the darkness. This friend allowed me to be vulnerable, offering a listening ear and an open heart without trying to fix my pain. It was through this experience that I learned the true power of vulnerability and the importance of allowing others to support us when we need it most. As I worked through my grief, I came to understand that my loss was part of a larger spiritual journey. The love I had for my horse, and the love my friend showed me, were reflections of a greater, unconditional love—agape love. This form of love, which is selfless and seeks the well-being of others without expecting anything in return, became a guiding principle in my life. This understanding of agape love is something I strive to embody in my everyday life, both as a philosopher and through my work with Save The World Tribe. As a philosopher, I am dedicated to exploring the depths of the human experience, seeking to understand how we can live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Agape love is central to this exploration because it challenges us to move beyond self-interest and to consider how we can contribute to the greater good. Save The World Tribe is a movement I founded that is deeply rooted in these principles. Our mission is to empower individuals to discover their true potential and to use their unique gifts to create a more compassionate and sustainable world. By fostering a sense of community and encouraging personal growth, we help people to live lives that align with the values of love, kindness, and generosity. Agape love, in its truest form, is about recognizing the inherent worth and dignity of every person and acting in ways that honor that truth. It’s about giving without expecting anything in return and finding joy in the happiness and well-being of others. Through my work with Save The World Tribe, I strive to live out these principles every day, offering my time, energy, and resources to help others grow and thrive. The hardship of losing my horse taught me invaluable lessons about love, loss, and resilience. It deepened my spirituality and reaffirmed my commitment to living a life of service to others. By embracing vulnerability and seeking connection, I transformed my grief into a source of strength and inspiration. Now, through my work as a philosopher and leader of Save The World Tribe, I aim to share the love and wisdom I’ve gained, helping to create a world where agape love is the foundation of our shared humanity. Thank you for this opportunity, Vesuvius

**How a Scholarship Will Support My Education Goals and Personal Journey** Hope you are having a lovely day. My name is Vesuvius Percival, and I have dedicated my life to exploring the depths of human experience through psychology, philosophy, storytelling, and the pursuit of personal growth. In addition to supporting my academic pursuits, a scholarship would also enable me to continue my work at Save The World Tribe, a grassroots non-profit I've begun, dedicated to creating a better world through community, sustainability, and personal empowerment. This movement is more than just a project to me; it’s a manifestation of my belief that every person has the potential to contribute to the greater good. By providing education, resources, and guidance, Save The World Tribe aims to empower individuals to take action and make a positive impact in their own lives and the lives of others. When I’m not engaged in my work or studies, I find solace in nature, where I can reflect, recharge, and connect with the world around me. Whether I’m spending time with loved ones, practicing martial arts, or crafting stories for the next DnD campaign, I am constantly seeking ways to balance the intellectual with the physical, the spiritual with the practical. In conclusion, receiving a scholarship would not only support my educational goals but also fuel my passion for creating meaningful change. It would enable me to continue my journey of self-discovery and service, helping me to bring more life and abundance to the world. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to apply, and I am committed to using this support to make a difference, both in my own life and in the lives of others. Thank you.
