My goal in life is find my way while helping others also find what they are looking for. Volunteering is very important to me.
The study of the human body is very interesting to me as well. In some way I'd like to use my knowledge of weight training and movement to further my career. Being a chiropractor is the best way I can do that. It will be a difficult journey, but the end result will be amazing.
Family is paramount to my success. I will alwys respect my family above all.

My community has always been very important to me. When I was younger my grandparents were very involved in the church and the community. Watching them help others inspired me to get involved the best way possible. Becoming a volunteer firefighter gives me an opportunity to not only help in emergencies, but also take part in a multitude of community service events.
Seven years ago my grandfather was dying of cancer. He never stopped helping his community up until the day he died. Him and my grandmother have had a big role in helping to raise me. This drive to help the world has rubbed off on me. I can't think of another volunteer opportunity that has such an array of ways to help.
In high school I am part of the Navy jRotc unit. We strive to donate our time to the community while also being one of the top academic and physical units in the country. These mentors that run the program have instilled so many important ideologies on me that I understand the meaning of helping the world around me. Our military is one of the most important institutions this country has. If I decide to expand my military career being prepared as a firefighter will be integral to my success. Nothing would make me more proud than serving my community and my country.
I hope to continue my career as a firefighter when I go to college. Whatever area I end up living in I know there is always a need for safety. I am eager to find my way in life and being an important part of the community is an amazing way to that. The career path I choose will definitely be directly influenced by my time at the fire department. Someday I hope to have a child who I can teach to care and serve, so they know the importance of not sitting idly by while the world burns around them.
