It has constantly been my dream to work in the healthcare field since I was twelve years old, even though I didn’t know where exactly to focus. I go to the hospital and my sentiments temper me to assist patients who are sick. I glimpse doctors walking into consulting rooms but that was not fascinating to me as compared to the nurses. I keep staring at them in their scrubs and talking to patients all the while. Nursing became the career I would desire to pursue in the future. The world keeps on evolving and with this career, I am inclined to serve individuals with my innate skills like compassion, attention to detail, care, understanding, and patience.
What inspired me to do it more was in 2019. I got a stomach virus which got me admitted to the hospital. My emotional health got tortured by these illnesses and there was nothing I could see or do to make me content. Fortunately, the nurses and health workers offered me some tips to stay emotionally positive. I adored their patience, compassion, and friendliness. I finally decided to be in the field, where I can administer anesthesia to make people undergoing surgery survive the pain. I love to work with a group of surgeons and anesthesiologists.
Becoming a nurse anesthetist takes a long period, but it is worth it. After discovering the profession I want to be in, I started learning more about this career. I’ve watched tons of Youtube videos on how to become a nurse anesthetist. Moreover, I began learning more about Physiology and Anatomy. With the aid of a website called Kenhub, I was able to learn some basic things. I also duplicated notes from a website and posted them in a Google document, where I occasionally go to learn in my leisure time. I took biology in my sophomore year and I am going to take it again next semester as well.
In some years to come with this nursing major, I can become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. To be an anesthetist, I have to first achieve my diploma which I’m working towards and will undoubtedly get in June. I applied to Washington State University as well as Whitworth University and got accepted. I am contemplating which one to attend, and hopefully, I will make a decision soon. In demand to be a nurse, I have to get my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), from an accredited four-year university and take the NCLEX exam to be a registered nurse after graduating from college. If an individual has to practice as a nurse, they must first be licensed. Upon getting registered, I have to work in the intensive care unit (ICU) for at least a year or more, then apply to an accredited CRNA school to achieve my Master of Science in Nursing to be a CRNA. I am so passionate about this career and I feel that is where my life lies.

Bold Motivation Scholarship
Nothing motivates me than God because He gives me life each day. Something that is no longer useful is what is dead. God wakes me up every day, and that makes me think to myself that there is something special He wants me to achieve. In this life, everything you wish to acquire, you can surely do it. Life is not over for me, the world keeps on revolving and things are changing. In the 20th century, technology was not improved as compared to this 21st century.
Technology was not improved in the 20th century as compared to now. A person's life can be ameliorated like how technology keeps thriving. Each day, I try new things and sometimes do fail. It takes determination and hard work to achieve what you want. Previously I used to get mad and sad Whenever I see a grade is updated and I got a B.
Moreover, In March 2020, our school went online and I got lost in most of my courses. Due to the pandemic, studying online was the best option for our school. I didn't know how to turn in an assignment or ask for help from a teacher. Attending class became so hard that I was anxious about not graduating.
I realized this should not be a setback for me. Failure is sometimes good because they help you learn from mistakes and not repeat them. I worked hard and practiced a lot. My grades were good, and class became so easy for me. This problem made me more confident and impacted the level of my grit to upgrade. We are now back to school in person and I'm still working hard to get my GPA higher.

"Be you, believe in you, and believe your words are powerful." I feel most people need to hear this because they feel left out. Every species in this world were created in its way. You do not specifically have to act like other people to fit in. Do the good things your body tells you to do. Keep reading your books when people say you are a nerd, keep singing when they say your voice is not the best, keep asking questions when they say you are too naive or talking too much. When you imagine things you want to do, plan how you will execute them. The beautiful things we see today were imagined by people. You are also a person just like them. Believe in anything you say because words are like seeds. When you first say it, you plant it. It begins to germinate whenever you keep on repeating and taking steps. The seasons will represent your failure, your plans can fall and wither away, but they can still flourish in the summer. Be happy, know your worth, and stay true to yourself always.
Bold Patience Matters Scholarship
Being patient is not about exhibiting how coward you are, but comprehending what you want and neglecting the critics. Patience is important because you take your time and energy to put something together, rather than being in a hurry and failing multiple times. When you take your time to do something, the outcome is perpetually victorious.
Maximum people are impatient and execute stuff in a hurried way. For instance, if you're creating a code to run an app in computer science, you ought to take your time in order to make your app seem attractive to the users. After establishing everything, you have to run the debug button to check for errors. Most people disregard them and the program doesn't run the way it is supposed to.
In my experience as a high school student who will be graduating next year, I sometimes see people giving me an attitude. Some will criticize, insult and try to bully you. I do not tolerate bullies and I will report whoever it is to the administration when I feel I'm being harassed, or my life is at stake. When they insult me, I feel like confronting them and standing up for myself. Then I reminisce I have to let it go because if I cause any havoc, I might be in trouble which can affect my reputation and image in school. I just have to wait and graduate, and after this, there will no longer be the availability of these people to make me angry. Patience is the best key and decision to make if you want the outcome of something to be perfect.
Bold Longevity Scholarship
Living a healthy life is the act of being sound and free from disease in both physical, emotional, and intellectual functions. The first thing to a healthy life is being happy every day. Almost 50% of people are not much concerned about their mental health. When a person goes through a trauma and does not take the requirements to recover, a person can end up weakening his or her immune system, which can pave the way to be infected easily.
In my experience, talking to people, doing things you love can help you live a healthy life. Whenever I'm ill, I get these weird feelings and thoughts when I am alone. I think about negative stuff and things that have no value to my life. I realized as I talk to people and make fun, I forget there is even an illness I am dealing with. I sense good when I talk to friends and families.
Furthermore, to live a healthy life, you ought to make food be your medicine, or else medicine will be your food. Eating a healthy diet that comprises a variety of fruits and vegetables can help your body build more antibodies. Vitamin C in orange is a rich source of an immune booster and can help you grow healthy. Green edible leaves and red fruits contain iron, which supports the red blood cells by producing hemoglobin for you to extract the oxygen your body needs. Do not eat too many fatty foods and know the calories you take into your body.
Lastly, working out and drinking a lot of water can help prevent cardiovascular diseases, strengthen your bones and tone your muscles. When you are healthy, you feel good and confident in everything you do.
Bold Study Strategies Scholarship
Understanding is the guarantee of studying. I struggle to learn when there is noise or cellphones in my environment. I become distracted. The easy tip I use in my daily life is, I stop learning when I can't focus. When this happens, it suggests my body needs to relax and linger for some time. I take a catnap or listen to music.
Furthermore, how I will learn depends on the given topic. When it's mathematics, I know I have to solve and understand, but when it's science or history, then I have to read to comprehend. When reading a science or history book for my test, I read to apprehend but not just read it. There could be moments I might take a book to read, stare at it, and read aloud, but do not get the focus. In class, a student can be paying attention by looking at the teacher but not concentrating. When you take notes, highlight the significant parts, and still didn't get whatever you studied, then your studies were in vain.
Studying at dawn is so good for me because my brain starts with low dopamine. An Ed puzzle I watched in my P.E class made a statement that "Starting your day with a low dopamine, and ending it with high dopamine helps you get the difficult tasks done". I decided to experiment to see how this works. One day, I woke up early in the morning and decided not to take my phone, I realized I did most of the hard tasks. Previously most on weekends, I feel lazy to get my chores done when I go to social media after waking up.

I admire Bob Marley from history because he inspired and told stories through his impeccable music. I am so amazed and exhilarated I know a legend like him. He lived a legacy, and I adore how his music still prevails. His songs were composed before I was born, yet I enjoy singing and listening to them. I was born in 2004, and he died in 1981. February is a month I cherish so much because it is my birth month. Marley was born on February 6, 1945, and he also got married to his wife Rita Marley in February 1966. It is extremely hard in this 21st century for a musician to keep his music in the entertainment industry for long.
He composed his songs in such a way that the coming generations can listen. Most of today's songs are for parties, sexual acts, money, and most of them do not make sense. His lyrics are so inspirational. Music is something I love and can't live without it. I love listening to music that inspires me, grants me peace, and gives me a piece of new knowledge.
Rarely music needs to be a mystery so that we can analyze it. Parts of Bob Marley's songs were a whole mystery. When I listened to his song titled "Sun Is Shining", there was a line he said, "When the morning gathers the rainbow, wants you to know I'm a rainbow too" I had to think about this to understand. I concluded that the rainbow is beautiful and appears after the rain, and when this happens, it tells someone you love how much you care about them. Bob Marley was just not a reggae musician but a magnificent inspiration. "Money can't buy life," said Bob Marley, and it's true. Rest in peace legend.

Bold Financial Freedom Scholarship
I have gained so much advice about financial independence, but the most effective one was securing a budget. A budget is an act of estimating one's income or financial plan for some time. Making a budget helps you stay organized with your money. You can make decisions in advance about what you are going to do with your money. It encourages a person to save for planned and unplanned expenses. It is essential to stay organized with your money. If you aspire to make good use of your money, then you have to make a budget.
In my personal experience, budgeting has helped me quit impulse buying and unnecessary pieces of stuff. I used to struggle and get enraged about my money not being enough. After making a budget for every income or amount I receive from someone, I make a budget. I divide my money into four parts. The stuff I need, my wants, savings, and contingency money.
Finally, budgeting helps a person prepare for their expenses in advance. For example, when someone's income is $4000 a month, she can make a budget by dividing them into a category depending on what she plans to use the money to do. For instance, she will use $1000 to pay for her rent, $40 for her utilities, $960 for both grocery and personal care needs. $500 for savings and the remaining $1500 for an emergency. You have to plan with everything you do. Money is something that makes you feel secure. In an emergency, money can solve so many predicaments. The possible way to make this happen is to create a budget.

I want to help cure diseases and make people live their normal life. Illness is the havoc that nobody wishes to embark on a journey with. I want to be a Nurse Anesthetist in the future. I am so obsessed with this career and I feel that's where my life lies. Becoming a Nurse Anesthetist takes a long period but it is worth it. I am currently in High School who will soon be graduating with the class of 2022. I applied to Washington State University as well as Whitworth University and I got accepted. I am still contemplating which one to attend and hopefully, I will make a decision soon. Starting college and pursuing my bachelor's degree is one of the goals I would like to accomplish. I will then be working in the ICU to get at least a year's experience. Furthermore, I will proceed to earn my Master of Science in Nursing degree. I can be serving in the healthcare and having my dream career with the above degrees.
Diversity is the inclusion of a variety of things to work together for a common goal. In my opinion, healthcare needs to be racially diverse. Seeing someone who you know or who got your features makes you feel special. There should not be a particular job assigned to just a particular race. Also, including different types of people can help assist patients who have problems with the language barrier. Everyone is special and should not be deprived of their job because of their race.
Patients feel welcomed when their nurses and doctors as well healthcare workers understand and respect their background. Diversity helps build good communication between the one giving the treatment and the patient receiving it. It helps the providers understand the patient's cultural practices. When a black Muslim woman decides to perform ablution and pray before she takes a particular diet, her fellow healthcare provider will understand because she knows their religion's rules. This will seem weird to another provider who does not know her customs.
Moreover, diversity in healthcare helps in detecting a problem and finding a quick solution to it. Diversity needs to be everywhere but most importantly in the health field. It is good for the mental health of some patients. They always feel at home when they see their selves amid people who understand them. It is pleasant to seek medical attention and get a good result. Racial diversity is important because that is where our 50% of life depends.
Bold Be You Scholarship
Occasionally, it feels so arduous to be yourself because most people in this generation prefer dishonesty more than the truth. It is accepted in society and among peers when you try to be who you are not. Being the person God created you to be, is the best self-love a person could offer to him or herself.
In my custom life, I always try to be myself as much as I can. I feel we are all diverse in this world and everyone got their perspectives on how they see things. I converse when I need to, ask a question when I'm confused. It doesn't matter the number of times I am going to repeat the question before I get it answered. I do not care if people call me dumb because I am not getting a response. It is better to learn and know rather than stay unbothered and being dull.
Moreover, I do not let people's critics pull me down. I am so quiet around people but confident in every task I am obliged to perform. This is not social anxiety but that is who I am. People call me skinny and some do call me skeleton. I become enraged or get sad, but after all these, I feel is still me and nothing can change. We live to make sacrifices, be happy, and work hard. All I do is stay positive and keep on trying new things. Each day is a gift, and there is still a chance to try. I know as I am still alive, I can do whatever I intend to do. There is something special waiting for me in the future and that's what keeps me going.

My mum has constantly been my backbone and my motivator. She taught me a whole bunch of things and she appreciates how I respect her principles. We have an incredible and tight bond. She makes me laugh and tells me what not to do in life which could lead me astray. I always love being with her and cracking jokes. Her greatest desire is for me to be educated. My mum explained to me how important education and attending college are. There was a duration I thought attending college will be impossible because the tuition and other school supplies might be expensive.
As a result , there are some colleges I dreamt of attending but had to alter this decision. I am so passionate about being a Nurse Anesthetist in the future and with that, I have to earn a BSN, RN, and MSN in college. I assumed this was so arduous to be accomplished by me because going to college would be an obstacle. This was something I use to worry about vastly. I discussed with my mum and she told me I am going to make it to college no matter the circumstance.
She kept on instructing me not to be scared of facing challenges. I should be bold in every pace I take and eliminate all impediments. As the earth maintains its revolution, life goes on. No man or woman born of a woman can abduct what you deserve. It depends on your determination and grit for that dream you imagined. Believing in yourself, not procrastinating, and being decisive can be productive in your life.
Her advice had a good impact on me. Before, I was always anxious about trying something new. I felt my assignments were too much and often didn't preferred to do them on time. Now, I see every task as a challenge that I need to face. I am more enlightened and courageous after this advice. I do not need to procrastinate on any opportunity available to me. I am in my senior year and I have decided to take the SAT. I am going to work hard to boost my GPA to a 4.0, apply to schools, graduate from high school with a diploma, and finally attend college.
My relationship with my mum has encouraged me, and I hope all people will permanently get an extreme support from their mum as well. A cordial relationship like mine.
