As a first-generation woman of color immigrant student, Ashley is currently interning on Capitol Hill, focusing on gaining insights into legislative processes and policy analysis. She is an intern at the Victory Congressional Institute, an organization committed to getting LGBTQ+ individuals on the hill. With a strong interest in law and public policy, particularly in immigration reform and environmental sustainability, she is driven by a passion to contribute meaningfully to these fields. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Arts in Political Science, she aims to leverage her experiences to advocate for fair and effective policies that address societal challenges and promote positive change.
