Hello, my name is Asa Cook. I am Native American and am originally from San Diego. I am currently in school for a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Counseling in Phoenix, AZ. In the future I wish to pursue a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling to achieve my goal of becoming a therapist. I am very passionate about the wellbeing of others and wish to master techniques in my education that will help me improve the lives of others. Counseling and psychology are very much still growing and have finally begun to escape the stigma associated with mental health services. Our mental health is just as important as physical health, with my belief that a sound mind leads to a sound body.
