I struggled with drug addiction from 16 - 22 and got sober in 2015. I went on to work a full time job for 4 years before ever thinking about going to school. I think having a daughter gave me more of a push and the realization that school is a of huge importance when being a sole provided. As a single parent with custody of my daughter it’s my duty to provide and be the best me and set an example.
