I am an aspiring mental health counselor focusing on providing an open, trauma-informed, therapeutic space for clients to feel supported and listened to while we work together to reach their goals. This work is deeply important to me and any scholarship helps reduce the financial stress I am experiencing while finishing up my degree with my internship. If I win, the scholarships will allow me to focus less on my wallet and more on providing the best possible care for my current clients.
