This scholarship will help further my education by helping with costs. I come from a low income family. My father is a farmer here in McGehee, and my mom stays at home. This scholarship will allow me to take some responsibility to help my father put me through college. He works very hard, the least I could do is apply. I plan to use this scholarship money for books and housing. I plan to major in Education. A young persons life should have stability, and I hope to be someone’s stable person who knows they will listen, feel safe, and be able to express themselves. Thank you for reading!
