Bio

Hello everyone my name is Anahy Estrada Mendoza. I am the only girl in my family and my parent's firstborn. It is safe to say that they have very high expectations for me. I am a first-generation college student. I recently graduated in May 2022 and am majoring in pharmaceutical science. As of right now, I am a pharmacist technician I can further help my career in the future. I am getting my associate in Science degree in December 2022 and will be transferring over to Florida Gulf Coast University. I already have every single one of my classes planned for each semester and should graduate in May 2025. If all goes well I should be joining LECOM pharmacy school in August 2025. Thank you for taking the time and reading my profile.

Dear future Anahy, From the very beginning, I knew we could accomplish amazing things if only we believed. By now we should be 7 years into our 10-year plan, let's hope there were no little mishaps throughout these years, and if there was just know you can go through anything that life throws at you. I know this year may seem tough since we may be in debt with student loans and on our 3rd year at pharmacy school. It may feel as if you do not belong, but you do. Always remember what we would say in front of the mirror "todo pa delante nada, Patras." Our mother is probably posting about us on her Facebook, saying how we accomplished a lot to be where we are, thanking la virgin maria. It may seem cheesy but deep down you always wanted her to show off all our accomplishments just so she could be proud of you and not worried that she came from Mexico for no reason. By now our grandparents are coming up to us asking what they should take for a minor headache, or asking if we could inject them with their insulin since diabetes runs in the family, or making us act as an ER doctor on the phone with our relatives that are sick across the country in Mexico. As for where our internship is taking place, hopefully, we're doing it in our home base at Walgreens. By now we probably have a rapport with the patients there who have been coming since you have gotten your tech license back in 2022. Most importantly in 5 years I just hope we are happy. Sincerely, Past Anahy
