My goal in life is to make an impact. Whether that's through activism, science, or literature, what I want to do is to leave this world with an everlasting impression.
I plan to go to a four-year college and pursue either a bachelor's or master's degree in astronomy, astrophysics, or aerospace engineering. I rank in the top 1% of my school's class rank and I'm currently taking all AP classes, as well as an aerospace engineering class at the Hollenstein Career and Technology Center on my school's campus. I'm in NHS and represent my junior class in the Student Council. Outside of school, I'm currently working towards preparing for the NSS Space Design Settlement Competition at NASA. I work as a math tutor after school and as a lifeguard during the summers where I trained to gain my first aid, life support, and lifeguarding certifications. For the past 7 years, I also trained as an aerialist acrobat on the weekends at Lone Star Circus where I compete in competitions and shows multiple times a year.
I like to keep variety in my life, filling my time with hobbies and skills that will benefit me in the future and allow me to improve the lives of others, leaving a lasting impact wherever I go.
