Yolanda and Sam Shuster Scholarship
First-generation Americans face many pressures and obstacles when paving a path for their families.
Many children of immigrant parents face financial difficulties as their parents strive to achieve the American Dream and provide for their children. Language barriers, citizenship struggles, discrimination, and financial struggle can make it difficult for the children of immigrants to pursue their academic dreams.
This scholarship aims to support first-generation Americans who need assistance to pursue higher education in order to create a better life for themselves and their families.
Any first-generation American (the child of immigrant parents) who is an undergraduate student majoring in business may apply for this scholarship.
To apply, tell us the story of your parents and how their experiences and work ethic have impacted who you are today.
