Student Life Photography Scholarship
Today, virtually anyone with a phone can capture a photograph. It’s a simple act that allows people to document their lives and share their unique experiences and perspectives with friends, family, and the world.
Recognizing the profound impact of photography, the Student Life Photography Scholarship seeks to empower students to share their academic journey through this expressive medium. We're looking for photographs that encapsulate the essence of being a student—be it your study sessions at a local café, campus events, watching the sunset over campus, or quiet moments in your dorm room. These snapshots should tell a story about your academic environment or experiences.
To apply, please submit an original horizontal-oriented photograph that captures an aspect of your student experience. No need for a fancy camera. You can do this from your phone!
By applying for this scholarship, you grant Bold.org permission to use your image submission anywhere on Bold.org's website. Let your creativity shine, and share your unique perspective through photography!

We will work with donors to review all applications according to the scholarship criteria. Winners will be chosen based on the merit of their application.
Award checks will be sent to the financial aid office of the winner's academic institution or future academic institution in their name to be applied to their tuition, and in the name of their institution (depending on the school's requirements). If the award is for a qualified educational non-tuition expense, we will work with the winner directly to distribute the award and make sure it goes towards qualified expenses.
Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to confirm their academic enrollment status. Depending on the circumstances, verification of Student ID and/or their most recent transcript will be required.
