STEM & Medicine Passion Essay
STEM and medicine touch every aspect of the world, making visible and invisible impacts on our lives.
Despite being lucrative, innovative fields, STEM and medicine can be difficult, expensive tracks to pursue, often requiring advanced degrees. Creating positive change in the world requires that the best and brightest students are able to reach their dreams, making financial aid critical in order for college to be accessible.
This scholarship seeks to support students who are pursuing careers in STEM or medicine in order to help their communities.
Any high school student pursuing a degree and career in STEM or a medical-oriented field may apply for this scholarship.
To apply, tell us how you’ve used your passion for STEM or medicine to share your skills with your community and to help those around you.
Every system within our earth has inputs and outputs. Energy that is transferred from one item to the next, altering each in its own way. Knowledge often works in this same pattern. Please write about how you have used your passion and fascination with a STEM or medical-oriented career to facilitate this process of sharing your knowledge with your community, and how you have used your interests to aid your local area.
