KUURO Master Your Craft Scholarship
This is the century for creators.
In today’s world, nearly anyone can become a creator, whether that’s a musician, streamer, YouTuber, photographer, digital artist, or more.
But with increased access has come increased competition in the creator economy. And all creators face a common struggle – to make a living with your art, you need exposure. Exposure is what allows you to convert your expertise into real dollars. However, until you reach that point of conversion, exposure simply does not pay the bills.
As one small part of supporting the creator economy, The KUURO Master Your Craft Scholarship exists to give creators the peace of mind they need to pursue their art and to nudge them to keep mastering the craft with a little less anxiety about figuring out how to pay the bills.
The scholarship is open to students of any artistic study, including but not limited to music, art (digital or print), film/tv, video, photography, and more. To apply, please write about some of your current projects, why you do what you do, and your creative ambitions for the future.
