Fearless Females and Finance Scholarship
Despite recent progress in higher education and the workforce, many fields continue to have limited diversity.
Finance is one such industry with limited representation of women and minorities. A lack of diversity not only holds back the field due to the limited perspectives available but also continues the cycle of underrepresentation, as finance can seem unwelcoming or intimidating to professionals from demographics not adequately represented in the workplace.
This scholarship aims to support women who are pursuing careers in finance in order to improve representation in the field.
Any female-identifying undergraduate student who is pursuing a finance major may apply for this scholarship, with BIPOC women preferred.
To apply, tell us how you plan to use your education to change financial services while empowering women in your community.
At Females and Finance, it is our belief that women will change financial services. How do you plan to use your education to do this while simultaneously empowering women in your community?
