Cueto Technologies Community Impact Scholarship
Veterans, service members, and their dependents should have the opportunity to pursue the education they desire.
These individuals are committed to helping their communities and giving back through services that benefit others. Those who are aiming for higher education in a STEM field are particularly primed to make a positive difference in their communities and the greater world as these fields have incredible potential for innovation and progress.
This scholarship aims to support students from military families so they have all of the resources necessary to thrive in their higher education journeys.
Any undergraduate or graduate student who is a veteran, service member, or dependent pursuing STEM may apply for this scholarship if they embody the spirit of service.
To apply, tell us about a challenge you have overcome, your connection to the military, and how you plan to give back. Additionally, submit an image of the most meaningful place in your community—whether it's a location that had the greatest impact on your life, holds the most memorable experiences, or represents where you feel most connected to your community. This could be a place where you have overcome challenges, found inspiration, or given back in some way.
Describe a significant challenge you've overcome and how it has shaped your desire to pursue a STEM degree. What is your connection to the military and how has it impacted your desire to pursue further education? Explain how your education will empower you to give back to your community and how you embody the principle of service. Be specific about the ways you plan to make an impact, both through your studies and in your future career.

The winner will be publicly announced on Apr 30, 2025. Prior to the announcement date, we may contact finalists with additional questions about their application. We will work with donors to review all applications according to the scholarship criteria. Winners will be chosen based on the merit of their application.
Award checks will be sent to the financial aid office of the winner's academic institution in their name to be applied to their tuition, and in the name of their institution (depending on the school's requirements). If the award is for a qualified educational non-tuition expense, we will work with the winner directly to distribute the award and make sure it goes towards qualified expenses.
Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to confirm their academic enrollment status. Depending on the circumstances, verification of Student ID and/or their most recent transcript will be required.
