Aurora Yanto Poblete Scholarship
Aurora Yanto Poblete was a beloved mother who raised seven children on her own.
Aurora used food as her love language to show her family how much she cared about them, recognizing that food could be a form of expression and a way to make the world a better place. She was extremely proud of her Filipino Heritage. By teaching her children how to cook authentic Filipino dishes, she knew this part of her history would continue on.
This scholarship aims to honor the life of Aurora Yanto Poblete by supporting female students pursuing careers in the culinary arts.
