AMPLIFY Diversity in Technology Scholarship
The AMPLIFY Scholarship Series started with the AMPLIFY Women in Technology scholarship, due to the recognition of just how powerful this industry is and how important that diverse voices are building that future.
As the AMPLIFY series comes to a close, that conclusion has only become more clear. Thus, we’re closing out this series with a focus on supporting underrepresented voices in technology.
Whether it be through your ethnic background, your sexual orientation, your disability status, or your belonging to any other minority group, we encourage you to apply.
This scholarship is part of a 12-part, AMPLIFY Scholarship Series, spanning topics including women in tech, continuous learning, environmental science, and more. These scholarships are announced quarterly and awarded monthly throughout 2021. Follow along here!
Why is diversity in technology important? What are your aspirations in technology -- what do you hope to build and/or work on? Please be as specific as possible.

The winner will be publicly announced on Dec 31, 2021. Prior to the announcement date, we may contact finalists with additional questions about their application. We will work with donors to review all applications according to the scholarship criteria. Winners will be chosen based on the merit of their application.
Award checks will be sent to the financial aid office of the winner's academic institution or future academic institution in their name to be applied to their tuition, and in the name of their institution (depending on the school's requirements). If the award is for a qualified educational non-tuition expense, we will work with the winner directly to distribute the award and make sure it goes towards qualified expenses.
Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to confirm their academic enrollment status. Depending on the circumstances, verification of Student ID and/or their most recent transcript will be required.
