Amber Lark Memorial Scholarship
Amber Lark was an incredible woman who passed away last year at the age of thirty-five after a battle with stage four ovarian cancer.
Amber dedicated her professional life to cosmetology, a field for which she had a great passion. Beauty and cosmetology-focused careers often don’t receive the recognition or respect they deserve. Cosmetology service workers play a vital role in the confidence and autonomy of many clients, having the ability to support health and wellness.
This scholarship seeks to honor the life of Amber Lark by supporting students who share her calling to the field of cosmetology.
Any high school or trade school student who has at least a 3.0 GPA and is pursuing cosmetology may apply for this scholarship opportunity.
