Joey Anderson Dance & Theater Scholarship
Joey Anderson was a force of nature in the Nashville, TN theater & dance community. She left a mark that will be remembered by those she knew for many years to come. Growing up all over the world she was always drawn to the stage and excelled both in school productions and as a professional actor. Her family, in her honor, want to encourage other young women to pursue their passions in these creative fields.
When deciding between college majors, many students can be discouraged from their pursuit of completing a degree in the arts. There are excellent programs at schools across the nation, where all young women desiring this career path should have the opportunity to fulfill their educational goals & passions.
In honor of Joey Anderson, this scholarship will support female students pursuing a dance or theater degree. Both Undergraduate and High School students are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
