Our story

Ranyiah Julia Miller believed education is most important. Ranyiah chose to put her time into multiple community programs including Trumbull County Youth Build (where she obtained her high school equivalent) as well as the Book Buddies program at the local library to promote reading with Children. Ranyiah was continuing her education at Kent State, studying Human Services and ultimately deciding to focus on Psychology.

Our goal

Our goal is to support students who plan to journey onto college and begin a career in Human Services AND/OR Psychology. This mission is personally important to us because we want to memorialize Ranyiah Miller while also promoting the need to continue education. We want to create a scholarship to give $500 to one student who is interested in pursuing Human Services AND/OR Psychology, and make a difference in the life of the student who may be worried about the financial impact a college education may have.
