JoAndra Neal Memorial Scholarship Fund

On March 3, 2021, our lives changed forever when our beloved JoAndra Neal unexpectedly passed away. As a family, we were devastated. JoAndra was a daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend to many. She was a "diva" and loved hair, makeup and fashion. JoAndra had a cosmetology license and had recently returned to school to pursue esthetics. She was passionate about going back to school, meeting new people and becoming a licensed esthetician and makeup artist. We know that she would be proud to pay it forward by helping others pursue their dreams. So, to honor her legacy, we've decided to create the JoAndra Neal Memorial Scholarship Fund, dedicated to financially assisting students in pursuit of their cosmetology and or esthetician's license.
