For the Love of Pinot Scholarship Fund

Some souls come into our lives, leave paw prints on our hearts, and we are never the same thereafter. We never thought that a 16-year-old Boston Terrier named Pinot, who had terrible breath, who dreamed of being a grey hound, who loved footballs and blankets, and who considered himself the camping boss, would have left such an indelible impression on our lives… but he did. And when cancer and vestibular disease ravaged his body, he never gave up. He fought valiantly. With the help of his caring veterinarian Dr. Deutsch, Pinot overcame tremendous odds. With an amputated paw and the loss of part of his cheek, he continued to be the handsome gentleman he always was and continues to be in our memories. Please help us help others like Dr. Rocky J. Deutsch, who understood that the term “business hours” didn’t apply, who understood that patient care wasn’t just for the pets, who put everything on the line to help those in need.
