Our story
This scholarship is in the memory of Coty Crisp. Coty was a caring and passionate dental hygienist who always treated his patients with empathy and humor, making them feel comfortable and motivated to improve their health and hygiene. Coty would want to help other LGBTQ+ students who often face unique adversity. He was taken from us way too soon and hopefully, this will be a way for his work to live on.
Our goal
I’m starting this fund to help offset costs of education for aspiring dental hygiene students who are members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Coty was very passionate about dentistry. He was so proud to work as a hygienist and he excelled at his craft. He would want other hygienists to feel the same. He brought humor as well as intellect to his job and daily life. We miss him every day.
