The Blair Harrison Meek Rising Star Wrestling Scholarship was founded to honor Blair Meek by providing a needs-based college scholarship to wrestlers hoping to pursue higher education. Affectionately known to many as “Coach Meek”, Blair Harrison Meek was an educator, a coach, a leader, and well known as a respectable, progressive man with a passion for putting young people on the proper path. Born May 13th, 1992, Blair’s passing shocked his family and community. He leaves a legacy of love, leadership, and laughter. Blair’s dedicated coaching has produced several state champions and fostered opportunities for underserved youth to access opportunities otherwise unavailable to them.
